Abstract
Description
- Die geometrische Ausbildung der federnden Schenkel der Haltevorrichtung und die im definierten Abstand angeordnete Rückhalte-Prägung ermöglicht eine sichere Verbindung und Lösbarkeit zwischen der Kugelkordel und der Tragschnur.
- Die Montage der Kugelkupplung an die Tragschnur kann durch eine einfache Klemmzange erfolgen, was die Verwendung eines Imbusschlüssels unnötig macht.
- Nach dem Positionieren der Kugelkupplung auf der Tragschnur wird mit einer Klemmzange eine dauerhafte Verbindung hergestellt. Ein Verrutschen der Tragschnur oder ein Lösen der Verbindung tritt bei der erfindungsgemässen Kugelkupplung nicht auf, da dessen Material und die Art der Befestigung der Tragschnur dies ausschliessen.
- Die Herstellung der erfindungsgemässen Kugelkupplung ist wesentlich kostengüstiger als diejenige der bereits bekannten Kupplungen, da sie durch einfaches Stanz-Biegen aus Blech hergestellt wird. Auf die Verwendung von mehreren Teilen, d.h. einem Spritzgussteil und einer Schraube kann verzichtet werden.
