Description
- par des modifications de formes des modules de triangulation, telles que modification de l'angle de modules en "V", ou constitution de modules en "W", ou encore combinaison des formes précédemment décrites ;
- par une utilisation des mêmes modules de triangulation associée à des membrures classiques (et non pas constituées en tôle découpée et pliée) ;
- par une application de l'invention à des flèches de grue de section non triangulaire, mais rectangulaire ou trapézoïdale, auquel cas les modules de triangulation sont disposés sur les quatre faces de chaque élément de flèche, à savoir les deux faces latérales, la face supérieure et la face inférieure.
Claims (9)
- Elément de flèche en treillis pour grue à tour, comprenant des membrures (1,2,3) définissant deux à deux des faces planes, et des pièces reliant entre eiles les membrures dans chacune de ces faces pour former une triangulation, lesdites pièces étant constituées par des modules de triangulation (9,9',9'') réalisés chacun à partir d'une tôle découpée et éventuellement pliée, caractérisé en ce que chaque module de triangulation comprend au moins deux segments rectilignes (10, 11; 10,11,19; 20,21,23) raccordés l'un à l'autre en formant au moins un angle (12; 22, 24) et en présentant au moins deux extrémités libres, ce module de triangulation (9,9',9") étant assemblé aux membrures (1,2,3), notamment par soudage, aux extrémités libres de ses segments (10,11; 10,11,19; 20,23) ainsi qu'à sa ou ses zones d'angle (12; 22,24).
- Elément de flèche pour grue à tour selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les segments (10,11; 10,11,19; 20,21,23) des modules de triangulation (9,9',9") possèdent, au moins pour certains d'entre eux, une section variable sur la longueur du segment concerné.
- Elément de flèche pour grue à tour selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que chaque module de triangulation (9,9',9") est réalisé à partir d'une tôle pliée (en 13,14) suivant la direction longitudinale des segments (10,11) de ce module, ou de certains desdits segments (20,23), de manière à constituer des segments conformés en cornière.
- Elément de flèche pour grue à tour selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que chaque module de triangulation (9,9',9") comporte, aux extrémités libres de ses segments (10,11) et dans sa ou ses zones d'angle (12; 22,24), une découpe (15,16,17,18) créant un dégagement latéral, facilitant l'accès pour le soudage de ce module de triangulation (9,9',9") sur les membrures (1,2,3).
- Elément de flèche pour grue à tour selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que chaque module de triangulation (9) possède une configuration en "V", résultant de deux segments (10,11) raccordés dans une zone d'angle unique (12).
- Elément de flèche pour grue à tour selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que chaque module de triangulation (9') possède une configuration en "M", résultant de trois segments (10,11,19) raccordés dans une zone d'angle commune (12).
- Elément de flèche pour grue à tour selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que chaque module de triangulation (9") possède une configuration en "Z", résultant de trois segments (20,21,23) successivement raccordés en deux zones d'angle (22,24).
- Elément de flèche pour grue à tour selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que ses membrures (1,2,3) sont, comme les modules de triangulation (9,9',9"), réalisées à partir de tôles découpées et pliées.
- Elément de flèche pour grue à tour selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que les membrures (1,2,3) en tôle découpée et pliée sont de section variable sur la longueur de l'élément de flèche, et plus particulièrement de section décroissante d'une extrémité (5,7) à l'autre extrémité (6,8) de la membrure (1,2,3).
