Claims (10)
- Schneidgerät zum Schneiden von Körpern aus Kunststoff, insbesondere Hartschaumstoff-Wärmedämmplatten, mit einer Auflage (13) für den Körper, einem Schneiddraht (19) an einem relativ zur Auflage (13) beweglichen Support (17) und einer mit dem Support (17) verbundenen und gegenüber der Auflage (13) um eine Achse (37) in einem Lager (29) verschwenkbaren Führungseinrichtung (15) zum Führen einer Verschiebung zwischen Support (17) und Auflage (13), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schwenkachse (37) zwischen der Führungseinrichtung (15) und der Auflage (13) in der Ebene der Auflage (13) und in der Schnittebene des Schneiddrahtes (19) angeordnet ist.
- Schneidgerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auflage (13) und das Lager (29) in einem Abstand nebeneinander an einem Trägerteil (11,23,25) angeordnet sind und der Support (17) zwischen Auflage (13) und Lager (29) hineingeführt werden kann.
- Schneidgerät nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, gekennzeichnet durch einen Trägerholm (11) parallel zum Schneiddraht (19) als Teil des Trägerteils und ein Standbein (67), welches im Trägerholm (11) verschiebbar geführt und darin arretierbar ist.
- Schneidgerät nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Trägerholm (11) ein Gehrungsblech (39) praktisch senkrecht zum Schneiddraht (19) angeordnet ist, an welchem die Schwenkbewegung der Führungseinrichtung (15) unter beliebigem Verschwenkungswinkel arretiert werden kann.
- Schneidgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungseinrichtung (15) zwei Stabelemente (81) und einen Gleiter (61) aufweist, wobei die Stabelemente (81) durch zwei Führungslöcher im Gleiter (61) geführt sind.
- Schneidgerät nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungseinrichtung ein Gehäuse (31) aufweist, in welchem die Stabelemente (81) mit dem Gleiter (61) angeordnet sind, wobei der Support (17) am Gleiter (61) und das Gehäuse am Trägerteil (11,23,25) angeordnet ist.
- Schneidgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Support (17) ein Bügel ist, dessen Länge verstellbar ist.
- Schneidgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass lediglich einseitig neben der Auflage (13) eine Führungseinrichtung (15) angeordnet ist.
- Transportables Schneidgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8 zum Schneiden von Hartschaumstoff-Wärmedämmplatten, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass deren Auflage (13) zum Auflegen der Wärmedämmplatten brettförmig und mit einem Traggriff (65) ausgerüsteten ist, dass der relativ zur Auflage (13) bewegliche, elektrisch heizbare Schneiddraht (19) an einem durch die Führungseinrichtung (15) geführten Bügel (17) befestigt ist, dass ein Transformator (27) und wenigstens ein Standbein (67) vorhanden sind.
- Transportables Schneidgerät nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Auflage (13), Führungseinrichtung (15) und allenfalls Transformator (27) an einem Trägerteil (11,23,25) angeordnet sind, welches Trägerteil ein Vielkant-Hohlprofil (11) aufweist, in welchem das Standbein (67) verschiebbar geführt und feststellbar ist.
