Definitions
- the invention relates to a ceramic car body for burning Blanks made of ceramic material, especially for those to be burned Roof tile blanks, according to the preamble of claim 1.
- Roof tiles are used for firing after drying ceramic car bodies positioned on kiln cars and then enter one longer oven journey.
- ceramic car bodies also as Called kiln furniture, it is known to use heavy clay material use that the roof tile blanks horizontally next to each other or at a distance arranged one above the other.
- these car bodies a substantial mass of material compared to the mass of it worn roof tile blanks, in addition to the The horizontal arrangement of the roof tile blanks is to be heated Roof tile blanks no optimal settlement density.
- the object of the invention is to provide a ceramic car body according to the Generic preamble of claim 1 to create a simple construction allows increased settlement density, its mass compared to recorded mass to be burned is considerably reduced.
- Ceramic light profiles i.e. Hollow profiles lower Wall thickness and thus low mass, with simultaneous inclination of the burning, preferably essentially plate-shaped, ceramic Blanks, in particular roof tile blanks, can have an increased settlement density achieve ceramic blanks in the diagonal trim and in addition the mass of the significantly reduce ceramic car bodies.
- All parts of the ceramic Car bodies consist of technical SiC ceramics such as silicon-infiltrated, reaction-bonded silicon carbide, re-infiltrated, recrystallized Silicon carbide, silicon nitride-bonded silicon carbide or recrystallized Silicon carbide.
- Such hollow profiles can be easily and in hollow casting manufacture economically and have a very long service life.
- Such one ceramic car body is also suitable for rapid firing.
- the Holding profiles usually remain on the kiln car and are on this loaded with the blanks.
- the holding profiles are glued on largely avoided on the beams.
- any existing Bumps in the beam for example, that result from the manufacture or through Deposits are formed, a firm support of the foot is guaranteed.
- the holding profiles since they each hold a blank for two, for different blanks are used, where appropriate the bars are to be moved according to the blank width.
- the feet of the holding profiles can expediently also in this way be formed that arranged one behind the other on a bar Support each other's support profiles, i.e. the feet of neighboring holding profiles adjoin each other, with adjacent feet with projections and Interlocking recesses and / or the lateral legs of each foot can be arranged offset to one another in the longitudinal direction of the bar.
- the ceramic car body shown in Fig. 1 comprises over one A row of a furnace car, not shown, arranged a series of elevated, parallel, horizontally arranged support beam 1, on which one A large number of bars 2 at approximately the same distance, horizontally and parallel to one another are arranged.
- the support beams 1 and beams 2 are in the form of ceramic Light profiles, in particular box-shaped hollow or U profiles. Furthermore, the beams 2 are regularly spaced in the longitudinal direction, Provide insertion holes 3 arranged on the top.
- a plurality of hollow holding profiles 4 are provided, which each have a narrow support leg 5 and a piece formed therewith Have foot 6.
- the base 6 has a flat contact surface 7 on the underside, of which an insertion pin 8 extends downwards.
- the insertion pin 8 is from one of the insertion holes 3 of a beam 2 is added and is from Corresponding cross-section, in particular insertion pins 8 and Insert hole 3 circular in cross section, while the mounting surface 7 on the Top of the beam 2 sits.
- the foot 6 has on the upper side a surface 9 which may be parallel to the contact surface 7 and which is adjacent to the support leg 5, which extends slightly backwards from the vertical by, for example, 10 runs inclined, has a receiving groove 10.
- the receiving groove 10 serves for the horizontal reception of support struts 11.
- the support struts 11 are expediently of such a length that they extend from the holding profile 4 to the holding profile 4, but they can also be longer. In the embodiment shown in FIG. 1, they form a continuous underside support for blanks 12 to be received.
- the support struts 11 advantageously have the same as that Receiving grooves 10 have a rectangular or square cross section, the Support struts 11 are preferably tubular as hollow profiles.
- the support legs 5 have on the side facing the receiving groove 10 a substantially flat support surface 13 and an arched or triangular Back 14.
- the top of the support struts 11 runs in the inserted state expediently substantially perpendicular to the support surfaces 13.
- each support leg 5 adjacent edges of two blanks 12. Only at the end of one Row of support profiles 4 located support leg 5 is only the edge of a Support blank 12. Accordingly, this support leg 5 if necessary, make it narrower.
- the blanks 12 are underside continuously supported by the support struts 11.
- the bars are 2 formed as a profile beam, in which each other at regular intervals opposite lateral projections 15 limit lateral receptacles 17.
- the Feet 6 of the holding profiles 4 have two spaced parallel ones on the underside Leg 16, which are arranged in a fork shape, so that the holding profiles 4 on the Bars 2 these can be placed across the area of the receptacles 17.
- the shape of the legs 16 corresponds to the shape of the receptacles 17, so that the Retaining profiles 4 already aligned with each other by placing them become.
- the legs 16 can on at least one side as well as one associated support surface 18 of the receptacles 15 on the beam 2 corresponding to the Be inclined angle of the support leg 5 beveled.
- the support strut 11 is formed in one piece with the holding profile 4.
- the holding profile 4 is in generally not the entire distance between two neighboring ones Support legs 5 bridged by the support struts 11 so that the blanks 12th not supported on their whole, but on a large part of their bottom become.
- the receiving groove 10 is so deep that the molded Support strut 11 ends practically flush with surface 9.
- the holding profile 4 is missing the support strut 11, instead the surface 9 forms the contact surface for the Blank 12, wherein also the support surface 13 of the support leg 5 in the direction arched to face 9, i.e. is convex.
- Two serve here Holding profiles 4 for holding a blank 12, accordingly one comes with a relatively narrow contact surface 9 transverse to the longitudinal direction of the beam 2.
- the foot 6 has on the The underside facing away from the support leg 5 is essentially punctiform Projections 19 for point support on the bar 2.
- the Feet 6 including their legs 8 from adjacent holding profiles 4 adjoining and thus arranged on the beam 2 and support additionally engage via projections 20 in recesses 21 of each neighboring foot 6.
