Claims (14)
- Ventilbaugruppe (1), die als Leistungsregelventil (Fig. 1) konfigurierbar ist mit einem Ventilzylinder (9), der eine erste radiale Öffnung (14) und eine zweite radiale Öffnung (15) aufweist,
einem in dem Ventilzylinder (9) axial bewegbaren Ventilkolben (11), der an einer Mantelfläche (17) eine Ausnehmung (16) aufweist, die im Bereich zumindest einer der beiden radialen Öffnung (14, 15) des Ventilzylinders (9) eine Steuerkante (62, 82) aufweist,
einem Meßkolben (19), der in einer Aufnahmebohrung (40) des Ventilkolbens (11) geführt ist, und zumindest einer Rückstellfeder (30), die den Ventilkolben (11) mit einer Rückstellkraft beaufschlagt,
wobei bei Konfiguration der Ventilbaugruppe (1) als Leistungsregelventil (Fig. 1) sich eine außenseitige Stirnfläche (23) des Meßkolbens (19) an einem ortsfesten Widerlager (25) abstützt und die innenseitige Stirnfläche (20) des Meßkolbens (19) über eine Verbindungsbohrung (21) mit der Ausnehmung (16) des Ventilkolbens (11) verbunden ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Hohlbohrung (10) des Ventilzylinders (9) zur Aufnahme des Ventilkolbens (11) mit einem austauschbaren Deckel (13) verschlossen ist, so daß die Ventilbaugruppe (1) sowohl als Leistungsregelventil (Fig. 1) als auch als fremddruckgesteuertes Steuerventil (Fig. 2) konfigurierbar ist. - Ventilbaugruppe nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei Konfiguration als fremddruckgesteuertes Steuerventil (Fig. 2) die außenseitige Stirnfläche (23) des Meßkolbens (19) von einem Steuerdruck beaufschlagt ist und die innenseitige Stirnfläche (20) des Meßkolbens (19) sich an dem Ventilkolben (11) abstützt. - Ventilbaugruppe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei Konfiguration der Ventilbaugruppe (1) als Leistungsregelventil (Fig. 1) ein mit einer Hydropumpe (5) verbundener stromaufwärtiger Arbeitsleitungsabschnitt (2) an der ersten radialen Öffnung (14) des Ventilzylinders (9) angeschlossen ist, ein zu einem Verbraucher führender stromabwärtiger Arbeitsleitungsabschnitt (3) an der zweiten radialen Öffnung (15) des Ventilzylinders (9) angeschlossen ist, und
daß bei Konfiguration der Ventilbaugruppe (1) als fremddruckgesteuertes Steuerventil (Fig. 2) ein mit einer Hydropumpe (5) verbundener stromaufwärtiger Arbeitsleitungsabschnitt (2) an der zweiten radialen Öffnung (15) des Ventilzylinders (9) angeschlossen ist und ein zu einem Verbraucher führender stromaufwärtiger Arbeitsleitungsabschnitt (3) an der ersten radialen Öffnung (14) des Ventilzylinders (9) angeschlossen ist. - Ventilbaugruppe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ausnehmung (16) an der Mantelfläche (17) des Ventilkolbens (11) eine erste Steuerkante (82) im Bereich der ersten radialen Öffnung (14) des Ventilkolbens (11) und eine zweite Steuerkante (62) im Bereich der zweiten radialen Öffnung (15) des Ventilkolbens (11) aufweist, wobei
bei Konfiguration der Ventilbaugruppe (1) als Leistungsregelventil (Fig. 1) die zweite Steuerkante (62) des Ventilkolbens (11) mit der zweiten radialen Öffnung (15) des Ventilzylinders (9) so zusammenwirkt, daß die zweite radiale Öffnung (15) des Ventilzylinders (9) mit zunehmender Verschiebung des Ventilkolbens (11) gegen die Rückstellkraft der Rückstellfeder (30) zunehmend geschlossen wird, und
bei Konfiguration der Ventilbaugruppe (1) als fremddruckgesteuertes Steuerventil (Fig. 2) die erste Steuerkante (82) des Ventilkolbens (11) mit der ersten radialen Öffnung (14) des Ventilzylinders (9) so zusammenwirkt, daß die erste radiale Öffnung (14) des Ventilzylinders (9) mit zunehmender Verschiebung des Ventilkolbens (11) gegen die Rückstellkraft (30) der Rückstellfeder zunehmend geöffnet wird. - Ventilbaugruppe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden radialen Öffnungen (14, 15) des Ventilzylinders (9) axial versetzt zueinander angeordnet sind, wobei die erste radiale Öffnung (14) dem Meßkolben (19) abgewandt und die zweite radiale Öffnung (15) dem Meßkolben (19) zugewandten ist. - Ventilbaugruppe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufnahmebohrung (40) für den Meßkolben (19) an einer Stirnfläche (18) des Ventilkolbens (11) parallel zur Längsachse (22) des Ventilkolbens (11) ausgebildet ist. - Ventilbaugruppe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindungsbohrung (21) bei der Konfiguration der Ventilbaugruppe (1) als Leistungsregelventil (Fig. 1) aus einer in die Aufnahmebohrung (40) für den Meßkolben (19) mündenden axiale Längsbohrung (21a) und zumindest einer die Längsbohrung (21a) mit der Ausnehmung (16) verbindenden radialen Querbohrung (21b) besteht. - Ventilbaugruppe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ventilzylinder (9) in eine Hohlbohrung (10) eines Ventilgehäuses (7) axial einschiebbar ist,
daß der Ventilkolben (11) in den Ventilzylinder (9) axial einschiebbar ist. - Ventilbaugruppe nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich der Meßkolben (19) bei Konfiguration der Ventilbaugruppe (1) als Leistungsregelventil (Fig. 1) an dem Deckelkörper (13) abstützt, der das ortsfeste Widerlager bildet. - Ventilbaugruppe nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an dem Deckelkörper (13) ein erstes Justierelement (24) zur axialen Einstellung der Lage des Widerlagers für den Meßkolben (19) vorgesehen ist. - Ventilbaugruppe nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei Konfiguration der Ventilbaugruppe (1) als fremddruckgesteuertes Steuerventil (Fig. 2) an dem Deckelkörper (13) ein Steuerdruckanschluß (80) ausgebildet ist, an den sich eine Steuerdruckkammer (81) anschließt, an welche die außenseitige Stirnfläche (23) des Meßkolbens (19) angrenzt. - Ventilbaugruppe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rückstellfeder (30) an einer dem Meßkolben (19) gegenüberliegenden Stirnfläche (23) des Ventilkolbens (11) angreift. - Ventilbaugruppe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Einstellung der maximalen Verschiebung des Ventilkolbens (11) in dem Ventilzylinder (9) gegen die Rückstellkraft der Rückstellfeder (30) ein zweites Justierelement (33) vorgesehen ist. - Ventilbaugruppe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Einstellung der Vorspannung der Rückstellfeder (30) ein drittes Justierelement (35) vorgesehen ist.
