Claims (6)
- Zahnradpumpe mit Fördermengenregelung, mit einer die Fördermenge verändernden Verschiebeeinheit, die zwischen einer ersten und einer zweiten Druckkammer verschiebbar angeordnet ist, wobei die zweite Druckkammer eine zusätzlich auf die Verschiebeeinheit wirkende Druckfeder aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Druckkammer (10) über ein Regelventil (12) mit der zweiten Druckkammer (11) verbunden ist, das über einen mit der ersten Druckkammer (10) verbundenen Druckumwandler (13) mit einem mit diesem gekoppelten Steuergerät (14) mit einem entsprechenden Kennfeld wirkverbunden ist.
- Zahnradpumpe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Druckkammer (10) durch ein mit der Saugseite (E) der Zahnradpumpe verbundenes Überdruckventil (15) maximaldruckbegrenzt ist.
- Zahnradpumpe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Druckkammer (11) über eine Drossel (17) mit der Saugseite (E) der Zahnradpumpe verbunden ist.
- Zahnradpumpe nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Drossel (17) als querschnittsreduzierte Durchgangsbohrung ausgebildet ist.
- Zahnradpumpe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zahnradpumpe als Außenzahnradpumpe ausgebildet ist.
- Zahnradpumpe nach Anspruch 1 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diese eingangsseitig eine am Pumpengehäuse (1) gelagerte Antriebswelle (3) mit einem drehfest angeordneten Antriebszahnrad (4) aufweist, mit dem ein die Druckkammer (10) begrenzendes, mit dem Pumpenausgang (A) korrespondierendes und drehbar auf einer Abtriebswelle (8) gelagertes Abtriebszahnrad (5) als Bestandteil der Verschiebeeinheit (7) kämmt, an dem ein die zweite Druckkammer (11) begrenzender und auf der Abtriebswelle (8) drehfest angeordneter Federkolben (6) und an diesem die Druckfeder (9) anliegt, und dass die Verschiebeeinheit (7) in Abhängigkeit einer Druckdifferenz zwischen den beiden Druckkammer (10, 11) gegenüber dem Antriebszahnrad (4) verschiebbar ist.
