Claims (10)
- Crémone-serrure pour porte, porte-fenêtre ou analogue, comprenant, logé dans un boítier (2), un mécanisme de commande (3) comportant, d'une part, des moyens (4) d'actionnement manuels et/ou automatiques d'au moins une tringle de manoeuvre (5, 5A) apte à agir sur un ou plusieurs organes de verrouillage destinés à coopérer avec une ou des gâches et, d'autre part, un élément à clé (12) pour la commande de moyens de blocage (13) de la ou des tringles de manoeuvre (5, 5A) en position de verrouillage, caractérisée par le fait que les moyens de blocage de la ou des tringles de manoeuvre (5, 5A) consistent en un cliquet de blocage (14) qui, sous l'impulsion de l'élément à clé (12), est conçu apte à coopérer en position de verrouillage, avec une crémaillère (15) associée directement ou indirectement à la ou les tringles de manoeuvre (5, 5A) pour immobiliser cette ou ces dernières dans la seule direction de déverrouillage.
- Crémone-serrure selon la revendication 1, caractérisée par le fait que la crémaillère (15) est associée à un chevalet (6) logé dans le boítier (2) et assurant la transmission du mouvement communiqué par l'intermédiaire du mécanisme de commande (3) à la ou les tringles de manoeuvre (5,5A).
- Crémone-serrure selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisée par le fait que le cliquet de blocage (14) est associé à un support (16) monté coulissant dans le boítier (2), transversalement et perpendiculairement à la direction du déplacement de la ou des tringles de manoeuvre (5, 5A) ou encore d'un chevalet (6) relié à ces dernières, la commande en déplacement de ce support (16) étant obtenue par l'intermédiaire d'un doigt d'entraínement (17) actionné par l'élément à clé (12).
- Crémone-serrure selon la revendication 3, caractérisée par le fait que le support (16) du cliquet de blocage (14) est défini par le corps (18) d'un pêne dormant (19) qui, en position de verrouillage, est à même de se présenter saillant par rapport au chant avant de l'ouvrant de la porte, fenêtre ou analogue, en vue de coopérer avec une gâche disposée en correspondance sur le cadre dormant.
- Crémone-serrure selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée par le fait que le cliquet de blocage (14) comporte une denture (20) venant coopérer avec la denture (21) de la crémaillère (15), ces dentures (20, 21) étant de forme dissymétrique de sorte que :en communiquant, par l'intermédiaire des moyens d'actionnement (4), aux tringles de manoeuvre (5, 5A) un déplacement en direction du verrouillage, lesdites dentures (20, 21) agissent telles des cames, les unes sur les autres conduisant au retrait de la denture (20) dudit cliquet de blocage (14) contre l'action de moyens de rappel élastiques (22) ;tandis qu'une tentative de déplacement de cette ou ces tringles de manoeuvre (5, 5A) en direction du déverrouillage, amène ces dentures (20, 21), de part leur profil à se comporter telles des butées empêchant la ou les tringles de manoeuvre de se mouvoir dans cette direction de déverrouillage.
- Crémone-serrure selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée par le fait que la longueur (23) de la crémaillère (15) est ainsi déterminée que le cliquet de blocage (14) est à même de coopérer avec cette crémaillère (15) sous l'impulsion de l'élément à clé (12), quelle que soit la position de la ou des tringles de manoeuvre (5, 5A).
- Crémone-serrure selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée par le fait qu'elle comporte des moyens (24) prévus aptes à empêcher la coopération entre le cliquet de blocage (14) et la crémaillère (15) sur une course (25) correspondant, au plus, au jeu existant entre l'endroit où entrent normalement en coopération avec la ou les gâches le ou les organes de verrouillage et ce ou ces derniers, lorsque la ou les tringles de manoeuvre (5, 5A) sont en position déverrouillée.
- Crémone-serrure selon la revendication 7, caractérisée par le fait que les moyens (24) sont constitués par une butée (26) apte à venir se positionner au-devant du cliquet de blocage (14) lorsque la ou les tringles de manoeuvre (5, 5A) sont en position déverrouillée empêchant, ainsi, leur blocage par l'intermédiaire de ce cliquet de blocage (14), la hauteur de cette butée (26) étant fonction de ladite course (25).
- Crémone-serrure selon l'une quelconque des revendications précitées comportant un pêne demi-tour (27) à rappel élastique en position de verrouillage et apte à être commandé par un fouillot (8) actionné par une poignée ou un bouton de commande, caractérisée par le fait qu'elle comporte des moyens (30) d'immobilisation en rotation dudit fouillot (8) au moins dans le sens (31) correspondant à une commande de déverrouillage, notamment dudit pêne demi-tour (27) lesdits moyens (30) étant activés par l'élément à clé (12), simultanément aux moyens de blocage (13) de la ou des tringles de manoeuvre (5, 5A) en position de verrouillage.
- Crémone-serrure selon la revendication 9, caractérisée par le fait que le fouillot (8) agissant sur le pêne demi-tour (27) constitue, substantiellement, les moyens (4) d'actionnement manuels de la ou des tringles de manoeuvre (5, 5A).
