Description
- la figure 1 est une représentation schématisée et partielle du mécanisme de commande de la crémone ou crémone-serrure objet de la présente invention, les éléments ayant été représentés dans une configuration de maintien en position déverrouillée de la ou des tringles de manoeuvre contre l'action des moyens élastiques ;
- la figure 2 est une vue similaire à la figure 1, les éléments étant ici représentés dans leur position correspondant au verrouillage de la ou des tringles de manoeuvre ;

- intervient, en même temps, l'actionneur 30 monté sur la queue 17 du pêne demi-tour 18 et qui, en agissant sur le doigt de commande 29 du levier 21, ramène celui-ci de sa position active 24 dans sa position inactive 23 ;

Claims (12)
- Crémone ou crémone-serrure pour porte, porte-fenêtre ou analogue, comprenant, logé dans un boítier central (2), un mécanisme de commande (3) conçu apte à actionner au moins une tringle de manoeuvre (4) et comportant, d'une part, des moyens élastiques (8) pour le rappel automatique en position de verrouillage de la tringle de manoeuvre (4), ainsi que des moyens de commande manuelle (9) pour assurer notamment le déverrouillage de cette tringle de manoeuvre (4) et le réarmement des moyens élastiques (8) et, d'autre part, un dispositif de blocage (10) apte à maintenir dans sa position déverrouillée la tringle de manoeuvre (4) après ouverture de l'ouvrant de la porte, porte-fenêtre ou autre et des moyens de déblocage (11) à même de désactiver ledit dispositif de blocage (10) au moment de refermer l'ouvrant sur son cadre dormant pour permettre le rappel en position de verrouillage de ladite tringle de manoeuvre (4), cette crémone ou crémone-serrure comportant, encore, un organe de verrouillage, consistant en un pêne demi-tour (18) à rappel automatique en position de verrouillage par l'intermédiaire d'un ressort (19), caractérisée par le fait que le dispositif de blocage (10) consiste en un levier (21) monté basculant dans le boítier (2) autour d'un axe (22) perpendiculaire au plan de ce dernier, entre une position inactive (23) et une position active (24) dans laquelle il est repoussé automatiquement sous l'impulsion de moyens de rappel élastiques (25) lorsque la tringle de manoeuvre (4) est amenée dans sa position de déverrouillage, en vue de coopérer avec une butée d'arrêt (26) rendue solidaire, directement ou indirectement, de la tringle de manoeuvre (4) pour s'opposer au déplacement de cette dernière sous l'impulsion des moyens élastiques (8), ledit levier (21) étant prolongé, au-delà de son axe de pivotement (22), par un doigt de commande (29) sur lequel sont à même d'agir lesdits moyens de déblocage (11) sous forme d'un actionneur (30) solidaire directement ou indirectement du pêne demi-tour (18) et prévu apte à repousser le levier (21) de sa position active (24) dans sa position inactive (23) lors du rappel élastique en position de verrouillage de ce pêne demi-tour (18), lesdits moyens de déblocage (11) étant encore complétés par un organe de retenue (31), d'une part, apte à retenir le pêne demi-tour (18) dans sa position de déverrouillage ou semi-verrouillée lorsque l'ouvrant est ouvert et, d'autre part, prévu pour être commandé et donc désactivé pour libérer ledit pêne demi-tour (18) par une gâche équipant le cadre dormant et destinée à accueillir ce pêne demi-tour (18).
- Crémone ou crémone-serrure selon la revendication 1, dont le mécanisme de commande (3) est conçu apte à actionner au moins une tringle de manoeuvre (4) par l'intermédiaire d'un chevalet (6) logé dans le boítier (2), caractérisée par le fait que le chevalet (6) est de forme dédoublée et est défini par deux ailes (27, 28) identiques entre lesquelles est interposée la butée d'arrêt (26), telle une entretoise, cette butée d'arrêt (26) étant rendue solidaire de ces ailes (27, 28), notamment par rivetage ou analogue.
- Crémone ou crémone-serrure selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée par le fait que l'actionneur (30) se présente sous forme d'un bourrelet (32) ménagé au niveau de la queue (17) du pêne demi-tour (18), tandis que le doigt de commande (29) du levier (21) est prévu apte, en position active (24) de ce dernier, à prendre appui sur ladite queue (17) du pêne demi-tour (18), notamment sous l'impulsion des moyens de rappel élastiques (25) agissant sur ledit levier (21).
- Crémone ou crémone-serrure selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée par le fait que la butée d'arrêt (26) comporte un plan d'appui (35) avec lequel est amené à coopérer l'extrémité (36) du levier (21) en position active (24) de ce dernier, ce plan d'appui (35) étant incliné selon une pente ascendante depuis la position active (24) vers la position inactive (23) dudit levier (21).
- Crémone ou crémone-serrure selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée par le fait qu'entre les axes verticaux (38, 37) passant, respectivement, par l'axe de pivotement (22) du levier (21) et le point d'appui entre l'extrémité (36) de ce dernier et la butée d'arrêt (26) lorsque le levier (21) est en position active (24), respectent entre eux un décalage conduisant la butée d'arrêt (26) à imprimer au levier (21), sous l'impulsion exercée par les moyens élastiques (8) sur la ou les tringles de manoeuvre (4), un couple ayant tendance à faire pivoter ledit levier (21) autour de son axe (22) en direction de ladite position active (24).
- Crémone ou crémone-serrure selon les revendications 2 et 3, caractérisée par le fait que le bourrelet (32) correspondant à l'actionneur (30) est défini au niveau d'un manchon engagé sur la queue (17) du pêne demi-tour (18), ce manchon étant de forme symétrique par rapport à son plan médian horizontal et comportant, de part et d'autre, des méplats prévus aptes à assurer le guidage de la queue (17) du pêne demi-tour (18) entre les ailes (27, 28) du chevalet (6) tout en contribuant à l'immobilisation en rotation dudit manchon.
- Crémone ou crémone-serrure selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée par le fait que l'organe de retenue (31) est directement intégré à la tête (37) du pêne demi-tour (18) et se présente sous forme d'un levier (40) logé dans une rainure (41) ménagée au niveau de la face dorsale (42), opposée à celle biaisée (43), de cette tête (39) du pêne demi-tour (18), cette rainure (41) s'étendant parallèlement au déplacement de ce dernier, tandis que le levier (40) est monté pivotant dans ladite rainure (41) autour d'un axe (44) perpendiculaire au déplacement dudit pêne demi-tour (18) et comporte, au niveau de son bord externe (45), une découpe (46) apte à coopérer en position active de l'organe de retenue (31) avec un rebord de retenue (47) prévu à cet effet au niveau du boítier (2).
- Crémone ou crémone-serrure selon la revendication 7, caractérisée par le fait que l'organe de retenue (31) est rappelé, automatiquement, en position active, sous l'influence d'un ressort de rappel (49).
- Crémone ou crémone-serrure selon les revendications 7 et 8, caractérisée par le fait que le levier (40) est prolongé au-delà de son axe de pivotement (44) par un retour (48) sur lequel est à même d'agir le ressort de rappel (49), préférentiellement sous forme d'un ressort à lames fixé à l'arrière de la tête (39) du pêne demi-tour (18).
- Crémone ou crémone-serrure selon la revendication 9, caractérisée par le fait que le retour (48) prolongeant le levier (40) au-delà de son axe de pivotement (44) vient se loger dans une rainure (50) s'étendant à l'arrière de la tête (39) du pêne demi-tour (18), le fond de cette rainure (50) servant de butée contre laquelle ledit retour (48) est appliqué sous l'impulsion du ressort de rappel (49) correspondant à la position active de l'organe de retenue (31).
- Crémone ou crémone-serrure selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 10, caractérisée par le fait que le bord externe (45) du levier (40) en regard avec le rebord de retenue (47) dans le boítier (2) est défini sans redan pour permettre à cet organe de retenue (31) de s'effacer lors du recul du pêne demi-tour (18) en position de déverrouillage.
- Crémone ou crémone-serrure selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 11, caractérisée par le fait que le levier (40) comporte le long de sa partie (51) restant dans tous les cas saillante par rapport au chant avant du boítier (2), un doigt de commande (52) sous forme d'un bossage au niveau de son bord externe (45), ce doigt de commande (52) se présentant saillant par rapport à la face dorsale (42) de la tête (39) du pêne demi-tour (18) de manière apte à coopérer avec le cadre dormant, plus particulièrement, la gâche destinée à accueillir ledit pêne demi-tour (18) au moment de refermer l'ouvrant sur son cadre dormant.
