Claims (15)
- Hydrostatische Maschine (1) mit einer drehbar gelagerten Zylindertrommel (5), in der Arbeitszylinder (17) ausgebildet sind, in welchen Arbeitskolben (18) bewegbar sind, die sich an einer Schwenkscheibe (12) abstützen, einem in einem Einstellzylinder (25) verschiebbaren Einstellkolben (25b), der über ein Verbindungsglied (29) mit der Schwenkscheibe (12) verbunden ist und in einem ersten Lager (31) am Einstellkolben (25b) und in einem zweiten Lager (32) an der Schwenkscheibe (12) gelagert ist, so daß die Stellung des Einstellkolbens (25b) über das Verbindungsglied (29) die Stellung der Schwenkscheibe (12) vorgibt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Länge des Verbindungsgliedes (29) und/oder die Position zumindest eines der beiden Lager (32) des Verbindungsglieds (29) durch eine Justiervorrichtung (41), veränderbar ist bzw. sind, so daß die effektive Verbindungslänge mit welcher das Verbindungsglied (19) den Einstellzylinder (25) mit der Schwenkscheibe (12) verbindet, justierbar ist. - Hydrostatische Maschine nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Justiervorrichtung (41) ein Justierglied (42) aufweist, das in der Längsrichtung des Einstellkolbens (25b) justierbar und in der jeweiligen Justierstellung durch eine Feststellvorrichtung (43) feststellbar ist. - Hydrostatische Maschine nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Justierglied (42) durch ein Getriebe (44), insbesondere ein Untersetzungsgetriebe, verstellbar ist. - Hydrostatische Maschine nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Getriebe (44) einen Exzentertrieb oder Gewindetrieb aufweist. - Hydrostatische Maschine nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche 2 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Justierglied (42) an einem Drehbolzen (45) angeordnet ist, der ein Werkzeugangriffselement (46) für ein Drehwerkzeug aufweist. - Hydrostatische Maschine nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Drehbolzen (45) quer zur Längsrichtung des Einstellkolbens (25b) angeordnet ist. - Hydrostatische Maschine nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Drehbolzen (45a) koaxial zum Einstellkolben (25b) angeordnet ist. - Hydrostatische Maschine nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Justiervorrichtung (41) zwischen der Schwenkscheibe (12) und einem Lagerteil (51) für das Verbindungsglied (29) angeordnet ist. - Hydrostatische Maschine nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Lagerteil (51) koaxial zum Verbindungsglied (29) in einer Führung (52) der Schwenkscheibe (12) verschiebbar geführt ist. - Hydrostatische Maschine nach Anspruch 8 oder 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Lagerteil (51) eine Lagerausnehmung (32) für das Verbindungsglied (29) aufweist, wobei vorzugsweise der Ausnehmungsgrund kugelabschnittsförmig gerundet ist und das Verbindungsglied (29) eine entsprechend gerundete Stirnfläche aufweist. - Hydrostatische Maschine nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche 5 bis 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß ein Exzenter (56) am Drehbolzen (45) durch eine kurvenförmige Mantelfläche oder durch zwei oder mehrere, einen unterschiedlichen Abstand von der Mittelachse des Drehbolzens (45) angeordnete achsparallele Exzenterflächen (56a, 56b, 56c) gebildet ist. - Hydrostatische Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Drehbolzen (45) wenigstens auf einem Längsabschnitt ein Gewinde (58, 58a) aufweist und eingeschraubt ist sowie durch eine Kontermutter (59) sicherbar ist. - Hydrostatische Maschine nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Verbindungsglied (29) durch eine Kolbenstange (29a) gebildet ist. - Hydrostatische Maschine nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche 1 bis 7 und 10 bis 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Verbindungsglied (29) aus zwei axial hintereinander angeordneten Teilen (29b, 29c) besteht und die Justiervorrichtung (41) als Teleskopiervorrichtung zwischen den Verbindungsgliedteilen (29b, 29c) angeordnet ist. - Hydrostatische Maschine nach Anspruch 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das eine Verbindungsgliedteil (29b) einen koaxialen Gewindezapfen (65) aufweist, der in eine Gewindebohrung (66) im anderen Verbindungsgliedteil (29c) eingeschraubt ist und vorzugsweise durch eine Kontermutter (59) gesichert ist.
