- Balg oder Teil eines Balges eines Übergangs zwischen zwei gelenkig miteinander verbundenen Teilen eines Fahrzeugs, wobei in einer Elastormerschicht als Einlage Cordfäden angeordnet sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass der Balg als Wellen- oder Faltenbalg oder eines Teiles davon ausgebildet ist, wobei die Wellen oder Falten in ihrer Wölbung einteilig ausgebildet sind, und wobei die Einlage als Cordgewebe ausgebildet ist. - Balg nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass das Cordgewebe zwischen zwei Elastomerschichten einvulkanisiert ist. - Balg nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass als Einlage zwei kreuzweise übereinander angeordnete Cordgewebe vorgesehen sind. - Balg nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass der Gewichtsanteil des Cordgewebes zum Elastomeranteil zwischen 15 und 50, vorzugsweise jedoch 40 % beträgt. - Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Balges eines Überganges zwischen zwei gelenkig miteinander verbundenen Teilen eines Fahrzeugs,
gekennzeichnet durch
eine Form mit einer Falten- oder Wellenkontur zur Herstellung eines Falten- oder Wellenbalges, wobei in die Form eine Elastomerschicht, auf die Elastomerschicht eine Cordgewebelage und auf diese Cordgewebelage eine weitere Elastomerschicht einlegbar ist, wobei die Verbindung der Elastomerschicht untereinander und mit der Cordgewebeeinlage durch Vulkanisation erfolgt. - Balg nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass im Scheitelbereich der Falte oder Welle anordbare Schienen einvulkanisiert sind. - Balg nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Vulkanisation im Wege der Heiß-Vulkanisation bei 170 bis 210 bar, vorzugsweise bei 200 bar erfolgt. - Verwendung einer Cordgewebeanlage zur Herstellung eines Balges bzw. eines Teiles eines Balges, wobei die Cordgewebeeinlage zwischen zwei Elastomerschichten einvulkanisierbar ist.
