Claims (4)
- Gerät zum Setzen von Blindnietmuttern, das eine Zugkraft zur Ausbildung eines Wulstes durch ein dünnwandiges, freigeschnittenes Teil an der Blindnietmutter aufbringt, derart, dass eine von Beginn einer axialen Bewegung der Blindnietmutter abnehmende Zugkraft aufgebracht wird, wobei ein Gewindedorn (44) bis zum Anschlag an ein Mundstück (45) in das Muttergewinde eingeschraubt wird und anschließend axial verschoben wird, so dass das dünnwandige Material des freigeschnittenen Teils nach außen auswandert und den Wulst bildet, wobei bei dem Gerät ein Pneumatikzylinder (41) in an sich bekannter Weise als doppelt wirkender Zylinder ausgelegt ist und beim Rückhub nach dem Nietvorgang gegen eine Federkraft läuft und damit einen Teil der für den nächsten Arbeitsgang erforderlichen Kraft speichert, wobei bei dem hydro-pneumatischen Gerät der Pneumatikzylinder (41) über einen hydraulischen Kolben (42) eine Übersetzung ausführt und hiermit einen Hydraulikzylinder (43) antreibt, der den Gewindedorn axial verschiebt.
- Gerät nach Anspruch 1, wobei bei dem hydro-pneumatischen Gerät die für das gewählte Gewinde zugeordnete Kraft durch einen Druckminderer einregulierbar ist.
- Gerät nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei die Feder (57) als Druckfeder ausgebildet ist und beim öffnen des Werkzeuges einen Teil der für den nächsten Arbeitsgang erforderlichen Kraft speichert.
- Gerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei zur Abnahme der Zugkraft eine elektronische Steuereinrichtung vorgesehen ist.
