Claims (7)
- Kupplungsvorrichtung (13) zur Befestigung der Kolbenstange (10) eines Druckgießkolbens (11) am Zylinder einer Druckgießmaschine, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Vorrichtung (14) zur Abstützung der Kolbenstange (10) von unten an einer von der Kupplungsvorrichtung (13) entfernten Stelle aufweist.
- Kupplungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung (14) zur Abstützung einen mit der Kupplung (13) verbundenen und parallel zur Kolbenstange (10) gerichteten Arm (15) aufweist, an dessen Ende ein gegen die Unterseite der Kolbenstange (10) anliegendes, federbelastetes Stützelement (16) angeordnet ist.
- Kupplungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kraft, mit der das Stützelement (16) gegen die Kolbenstange (10) drückt, einstellbar ist.
- Kupplungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stirnseite der Kolbenstange (10) an einer Kugelkalotte (20) an der Kupplung (13) begrenzt verschwenkbar gelagert ist.
- Kupplungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung (14) zur Abstützung der Kolbenstange (10) ein dicht benachbart zur Kupplungsvorrichtung (13) angeordnetes Auflager (13.1) für die Kolbenstange (10) aufweist, das den Drehpunkt für die Schwenkbewegung der Kolbenstange (10) bildet.
- Kupplungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schwenklage der Kolbenstange (10) feststellbar ist.
- Kupplungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an ihrer Unterseite mindestens ein Gleit- oder Rollkörper (19) angeordnet ist, der bei der Bewegung der Kolbenstange (10) das Gewicht der Kupplungsvorrichtung (13) auf einer Gleitfläche oder -schiene (20) abstützt.
