Description
Nachteilig ist hierbei, daß eine aufwendige Vorrichtung zum Nachführen des Stators notwendig ist. Zudem sind Stator und Rotor des Elektromotores nicht direkt relativ zueinander drehbar gelagert, so daß ein gleichbleibender Luftspalt zwischen Rotor und Stator nicht gewährleistet ist. Derartige Ungenauigkeiten können insbesondere durch Fertigungsungenauigkeiten, Montagefehler oder die Vorrichtung zum Nachführen selbst auftreten. Hierdurch können unerwünschte Schwingungen entstehen, die beispielsweise zu Dublieren im Druckbild führen können.
Ist der Zylinder und der Elektromotor mittels einer Kupplung verbunden, kann diese beispielsweise Fehler wie Achsversatz, Schrägstellung der Achsen oder Winkelfehler ausgleichend angebracht sein, wodurch solche Fehler keinen Einfluß auf beispielsweise Lebensdauer oder Laufeigenschaften des Elektromotors haben. Dies ist insbesondere bei einem mittels einer Exzenterbuchse verstellbaren Zylinder vorteilhaft, da dieser je nach Stellung der Exzenterbuchse unterschiedlich belastet sein kann und deshalb beispielsweise ein Achsversatz zwischen Rotor des Elektromotors und Zapfen des Zylinder verschieden groß sein kann.
Mit dem Zylinder 2 ist vorzugsweise ein lagegeregelter Elektromotor 11 zusammenwirkend angeordnet. Dazu ist beispielsweise der Zapfen 1 des Zylinders 2 mittels einer Kupplung 12 mit einer Rotorwelle 13 eines Rotors 14 des Elektromotors 11 drehsteif verbunden. Die Kupplung 11 kann wie im dargestellten Beispiel als einfache Flanschkupplung oder beispielsweise auch als gelenkige Ausgleichskupplung wie z. B.
Doppelkardangelenk, Bogenzahnkupplung ausgeführt sein. Der Rotor 14 bzw. die Rotorwelle 13 ist in einem Flansch 16 und einem Deckel 17 eines einen Stator 18 enthaltenden Gehäuses 19 beispielsweise mittels Gleitlager gelagert. Der Flansch 16 ist stirnseitig mit der Exzenterbuchse 7 verbunden.
Der Elektromotor 11, d.h. sein Stator 18, ist somit vorzugsweise ausschließlich an der Exzenterbuchse 7 befestigt.

Claims (5)
- Zylinderantrieb für eine Rotationsdruckmaschine, dessen zugehöriger Zylinder (2) in einer Exzenterbuchse (7) drehbar und die Exzenterbuchse (7) zum Verändern einer Lage einer Drehachse (6) des Zylinders (2) in einem Seitengestell (3) schwenkbar gelagert ist, wobei ein Elektromotor (11) den Zylinder (2) antreibend angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Rotor (14) des Elektromotors (11) mittels einer Ausgleichskupplung (12) mit einem Zapfen (1) des Zylinders (2) verbunden ist.
- Zylinderantrieb nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Stator (18) des Elektromotors (11) ausschließlich an der Exzenterbuchse (7) befestigt ist.
- Zylinderantrieb nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Elektromotor (11) einen Flansch (16) aufweist und dieser Flansch (16) stirnseitig an der Exzenterbuchse (7) angeordnet ist.
- Zylinderantrieb nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Elektromotor (11) als Hohlwellenmotor ausgeführt ist.
- Zylinderantrieb nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen Elektromotor (11) und Zylinder (2) ein Getriebe zwischengeschaltet ist und daß dieses Getriebe auf der Exzenterbuchse (7) angeordnet ist.
