Claims (5)
- Plansichter mit Schwingungslagerungen und wenigstens zwei durch eine Anzahl übereinander angeordneter Siebe gebildeten Siebstapel (9), die gegenüber einem Schwingungserreger in symmetrischen Lagen angeordnet sind,wobei die Siebstapel (9) horizontal und vertikal verspannt sind und die Kräfte des Schwingungserregers über schwingungsstabile Siebabteile auf die Siebstapel (9) übertragen werden, unddass die Siebstapel (9) zwischen jeweils vier Vertikalprofilen (5) aufgenommen und verspannt sind , und formschlüssig eingesetzte und verspannte Seitenteile (6) und Türen (10) die Siebstapel (9) staubdicht umgeben, wobei die Türen (10) zugleich zur Verspannung der Siebstapel (9) beitragen,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Siebabteile in Form von Doppelabteilen als vollständig separat montierbare Baugruppe ausgebildet sind, wobei mindestens ein Doppelabteil vorgesehen ist, unddie Seitenteile (6) Sandwichplatten sind, die aus metallischen Deckplatten (12) und einer Zwischenlage aus Schaumstoff (13) bestehen unddass weiterhin in den Vertikalprofilen (5) und Türprofilen (15) Isolationen (14) zur Vermeidung von Kältebrücken angeordnet sind, wobei eine Verbindung zu den Seitenteilen (6) gegeben ist.
- Plansichter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in den Vertikalprofilen (5) ein jeweils durchgehender Luftkanal vorgesehen ist.
- Plansichter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in einem Zwischenraum zwischen dem Deckel (2) und dem Siebstapel (9) auf dem obersten Siebrahmen des Siebstapel (9) ein flexibles, aufblasbares Element zur vertikalen Verspannung des Siebstapels (9) angeordnet ist.
- Plansichter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Antriebseinheit mit dem Schwingungserreger als vollständig separat montierbare Baugruppe ausgebildet ist.
- Plansichter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Elemente aus zwei hochfesten Schichten (Boden (1) und Deckel (2)) sowie einem weicheren Kern (Abteil (4)) analog der Sandwichbauweise ausgebildet sind.
