Claims (11)
- Vorrichtung zum Abdichten eines in einen Kraftstofftank (1) einsetzbaren Kraftstoff-Förderaggregates (2) zum Fördern eines Kraftstoffstromes aus dem Kraftstofftank (1), welches als eine kompakte Einheit in einem Gehäuse (3) innerhalb eines Topfes (4) aufgenommen ist, welcher eine Abdeckung (5) aufweist, durch welche zumindest ein Zulaufstutzen (6) und ein E-Anschluß (7) der Einheit hindurchgeführt sind, wobei der Topf (4) mit der Einheit mittels eines an einem Tankflansch (8) befestigbaren Tankeinsatzverschlusses (9) in den Kraftstofftank (1) einsetzbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
zwischen der Abdeckung (5) des Topfes (4) und dem Tankflansch (8) ein elastisches Balgelement (10) angeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Topf (4) am Boden des Kraftstofftanks (1) befestigt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine das Balgelement (10) auf die Abdeckung (5) und gegen den Tankeinsatzverschluß (9) drückende Feder (11) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Balgelement (10) so weit mittels der Feder (11) dehnbar bzw. gegen die Wirkung der Federkraft komprimierbar ist, daß der Topf (4) bei in den Kraftstofftank (1) eingesetztem und befestigtem Tankeinsatzverschluß (9) an der dem Tankflansch (8) des Kraftstofftanks (1) gegenüberliegenden Tankwand (13) im wesentlichen anliegt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Balgelement (10) am Topf (4) und am Tankflansch (8) befestigt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Balgelement (10) bei in den Kraftstofftank (1) eingesetztem und befestigtem Tankeinsatzverschluß (9) zwischen dem Tankflansch (8) und einem Ringflansch (12) am Tankeinsatzverschluß (9) gehalten ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Balgelement (10) aus Gummi besteht.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen dem Zulaufstutzen (6) und der Abdeckung (5) ein O-Ring (14) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Tankeinsatzverschluß (9) am Tankflansch (8) mittels eines Gewindes anschraubbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der E-Anschluß (7) als in der Abdeckung (5) integrierter Stecker ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der E-Anschluß (7) über in die Abdeckung (5) eingegossene und hindurchgeführte Kabel erfolgt.
