Die erfindungsgemäße Lösung bietet sich überall dort an, wo einer Verschleiß ausgesetzten Oberfläche von Zylindern wieder aufgearbeitet werden müssen, ohne daß der gesamte Zylinder aus der Maschine ausgebaut werden muß. Solche Zylinder können bogenführende Zylinder, Speichertrommeln, Wendetrommeln oder auch Falzmesser-, Falzklappenzylinder oder dergleichen in Rotationsdruckmaschinen bzw. Falzapparaten sein.

Claims (11)
- Vorrichtung zum Querschneiden von Materialbahnen ein Schneidzylinderpaar umfassend, welches miteinander zusammenarbeitende Zylinder aufweist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Umfangsflächen der Zylinder (16, 18) aus auswechselbarem Umfangselementen (24, 27) gebildet ist, die demontierbar um den jeweiligen Zylinderkern (17, 19) der Zylinder (16, 18) angeordnet sind. - Vorrichtung zum Querschneiden von Materialbahnen gemäß Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Zylinderkerne (17, 19) Anlageflächen (28, 30) sowie Anlagevorsprünge (29, 31) aufweisen. - Vorrichtung zum Querschneiden von Materialbahnen gemäß Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Anlagevorsprünge (29) am Messerzylinder (16) neben der Messerlagerung (23) angeordnet sind. - Vorrichtung zum Querschneiden von Materialbahnen gemäß Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Anlagevorsprünge (31) am Nutenzylinder (18) dem Nutenbalken (35) benachbart angeordnet sind. - Vorrichtung zum Querschneiden von Materialbahnen gemäß einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Umfangselemente (24) die Umfangselemente (27) an dem Zylinderkern (17, 19) umgreifen. - Vorrichtung zum Querschneiden von Materialbahnen gemäß Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Umfangselemente (24, 27) jeweils separat mit einem Beschichtungsabschnitt versehen sind. - Vorrichtung zum Querschneiden von Materialbahnen gemäß Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß bei der Montage der Umfangselemente (24, 27) am jeweiligen Zylinderkern (17, 19) eine die Umfangselemente (24, 27) übergreifende Beschichtung (20, 21) zwischen Zylinderkern (17, 19) und Umfangselementen (24) geklemmt wird. - Vorrichtung zum Querschneiden von Materialbahnen gemäß Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Umfangselemente (24, 27) aus elastisch verformbarem Material bestehen. - Vorrichtung zum Querschneiden von Materialbahnen gemäß Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Umfangselemente (24, 27) aus Aluminium oder einer Aluminiumlegierung bestehen. - Falzapparat ohne Punktureinrichtungen mit einem Schneidzylinderpaar, bestehend aus Messerzylinder und Nutenzylinder,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Umfangsflächen der Zylinder (16, 18) aus auswechselbaren Umfangselementen (24, 27) gebildet wird, die demontierbar am jeweiligen Zylinderkern (17, 19) des Messerzylinders (16) und/oder des Nutenzylinders (18) angeordnet sind. - Falzapparat mit einem Schneidzylinderpaar, bestehend aus Messerzylinder und Nutenzylinder,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Umfangsflächen der Zylinder (16, 18) aus auswechselbarem Umfangselementen (24, 27) gebildet sind, die demontierbar am jeweiligen Zylinderkern (17, 19) des Messerzylinders (16) und/oder des Nutenzylinders (18) angeordnet sind.
