Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Motorkreiselpumpe, insbesondere als Brauchwasserzirkulationspumpe mit einem am Elektromotor 3 befestigten Pumpengehäuse 1 mit Ein- und Auslaß, wobei am Ein- und/oder Auslaß 6,7 ein Rohrverbindungselement 8,9 unlösbar befestigt ist, an dem das Anschlußrohr 13,14 befestigbar ist und das ein Ventil (Absperrorgan), insbesondere eine Absperrvorrichtung 11 und/oder eine Rückflußverhinderungsvorrichtung 12 enthält. <IMAGE>

Description

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Motorkreiselpumpe, insbesondere als Brauchwasserzirkulationspumpe mit einem am Elektromotor befestigten Pumpengehäuse mit Ein- und Auslaß.
Es ist bekannt, am Ein- und Auslaß des Gehäuses einer Motorkreiselpumpe jeweils ein Rohrverbindungselement anzuschrauben, das ein Absperrorgan enthält und an dem durch eine Überwurfmutter das Anschlußrohr der jeweiligen Rohrleitung befestigbar ist. Eine solche Vorrichtung wird in mehreren Teilen angeliefert, so daß für den Benutzer, insbesondere für den Installateur ein erheblicher Arbeitsaufwand für die Montage erforderlich ist.
Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, eine Motorkreiselpumpe der eingangs genannten Art so zu verbessern, daß der Montageaufwand erheblich verringert ist.
Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß am Ein- und/oder Auslaß ein Rohrverbindungselement unlösbar befestigt ist, an dem das Ansaugrohr befestigbar ist und das ein Ventil (Absperrorgan), insbesondere eine Absperrvorrichtung und/oder eine Rückflußverhinderungsvorrichtung enthält.
Hierdurch bilden die Rohrverbindungselemente einschließlich der darin angeordneten Absperrorgange mit dem Pumpengehäuse bzw. der Pumpe eine Einheit, so daß ein kompaktes Aggregat vorliegt, das nur noch an die Rohrenden angeschlossen werden muß. Es brauchen keine Rohrverbindungselemente bzw. Fittings am Pumpengehäuse vom Monteur angeschlossen zu werden, sondern das fertige Kompaktaggregat ist nur noch an den Leitungen zu befestigen.
Vorzugsweise wird hierbei vorgeschlagen, daß das Rohrverbindungselement durch Pressitz, Löten, Schweißen oder Kleben befestigt ist. Besonders vorteilhaft ist es, wenn das Pumpengehäuse aus Kunststoff und das Rohrverbindungselement aus Kunststoff oder Metall ist.
Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung ist in der Zeichnung im Schnitt dargestellt und wird im folgenden näher beschrieben.
Am Pumpengehäuse 1 ist auf einer Seite durch eine Überwurfmutter 2 ein Elektromotor 3 angeschraubt. Die den Pumpenmotor aufweisende Pumpenkammer ist nicht dargestellt, sondern durch die Überwurfmutter 2 verdeckt.
Das Pumpengehäuse 1 bildet einen zur Pumpenkammer führenden Einlaßkanal 4 und einen von der Pumpenkammer ausgehenden Auslaßkanal 5. Der Einlaßkanal 4 endet an einem Gehäuseeinlaßstutzen 6 und der Auslaßkanal an einem Gehauseauslaßstutzen 7. In den Einlaßstutzen 6 ist ein Rohrverbindungselement 8 und in den Auslaßstutzen 7 ein Rohrverbindungselement 9 eingesteckt, wobei das verjüngte Ende des jeweiligen Rohrverbindungselements 8, 9 eine Ringdichtung 10 aufweist, mit der das jeweils verjüngte Ende im Einlaßstutzen bzw. Auslaßstutzen einliegt. Der Halt dieses Rohrverbindungselements am Pumpengehäuse ist jeweils durch Pressitz, Löten oder Schweißen gegeben.
Das erste Rohrverbindungselement 8 am Einlaßstutzen 6 enthält ein Absperrorgan 11, und das zweite Rohrverbindungselement 9 am Auslaßstutzen 7 enthält ein Rückschlagventil 12. Bei jedem der beiden Rohrverbindungselemente ist das dem Pumpengehäuse 1 abgewandte Ende mit einem Wulst mit einliegender Ringdichtung versehen, so daß nach Einstecken des Anschlußrohres 13 bzw. 14 dieses durch Verpressen gehalten ist.
Das Pumpengehäuse 1 besteht vorzugsweise aus Kunststoff und die Rohrverbindungselemente 8,9 aus Metall.

Claims (3)

  1. Motorkreiselpumpe, insbesondere als Brauchwasserzirkulationspumpe mit einem am Elektromotor (3) befestigten Pumpengehäuse (1) mit Ein- und Auslaß, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Ein-und/oder Auslaß (6,7) ein Rohrverbindungselemnent (8,9) unlösbar befestigt ist, an dem das Anschlußrohr (13,14) befestigbar ist und das ein Ventil (Absperrorgan), insbesondere eine Absperrvorrichtung (11) und/oder eine Rückflußverhinderungsvorrichtung (12) enthält.
  2. Motorkreiselpumpe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Rohrverbindungselement (8,9) durch Pressitz, Löten, Schweißen oder Kleben befestigt ist.
  3. Motorkreiselpumpe nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Pumpengehäuse (1) aus Kunststoff und das Rohrverbindungselement (8,9) aus Kunststoff oder Metall besteht.
