Claims (12)
- Elektrisch betriebene Pumpe, insbesondere Kreiselpumpe, zur Förderung eines flüssigen Mediums in einem System von Rohrleitungen mit einem den Elektromotor umgebenden Motorgehäuse und mit einem aus Kunststoff gefertigten Pumpengehäuse, wobei das einen Einlaßstutzen und einen Auslaßstutzen aufweisende Pumpengehäuse eine Pumpenkammer, insbesondere eine das Laufrad aufnehmende Laufradkammer, stirnseitig bedeckt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens einer der Stutzen (1) ein Anschlußstück (2) aus Metall aufweist, an das eine Rohrleitung anschließbar ist. - Kreiselpumpe nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Anschlußstück (2) eine Anschlußhülse (6) aufweist, die den aus Kunststoff geformten Stutzen (1) umgibt. - Kreiselpumpe nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anschlußhülse (6) ein Außengewinde (3) aufweist, auf das die Rohrleitung vermittels einer Überwurfmutter aufschraubbar ist. - Kreiselpumpe nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Anschlußstück (2) zumindest teilweise vom Kunststoff des Stutzens (1) umspritzt und/oder eingefaßt ist. - Kreiselpumpe nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an die der anzuschließenden Rohrleitung abgewandten Rückseite der Anschlußhülse (6) ein Haltering (7) koaxial angeformt ist, wobei der Haltering (7) und die Anschlußhülse (6) über Verbindungsstege (10) verbunden sind. - Kreiselpumpe nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Haltering (7) und die Anschlußhülse (6) denselben Innendurchmesser aufweisen. - Kreiselpumpe nach Anspruch 5 oder 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindungsstege (10) radial nach Außen gerichtete Kanten oder Zähne aufweisen, die in den das Anschlußstück (2) einfassenden Kunststoff eingreifen. - Kreiselpumpe nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die der anzuschließenden Rohrleitung zugewandten Stirnseite (4) des Anschlusstückes (2) zur Dichtung gegenüber dem Stutzen der Rohrleitung vom Kunststoff des Stutzens (5) bedeckt ist. - Kreiselpumpe nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sowohl der Druckstutzen als auch der Saugstutzen jeweils ein Anschlußstück (2) aus Metall aufweisen. - Kreiselpumpe nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Druckstutzen und der Saugstutzen koaxial "in-line" angeordnet sind. - Kreiselpumpe nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Pumpengehäuse ein Spritzgießteil mit einem einzigen Anspritzpunkt ist. - Verwendung der Kreiselpumpe nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche zur Förderung von Brauchwasser in Versorgungssystemen von Gebäuden.
