Claims (14)
- Kühlvorrichtung zum Kühlen einer Walze mit einer sich in horizontaler Richtung erstreckenden Walzenachse (3) und einem Walzenmantel (2) zum Walzen eines Bandes (5), insbesondere eines Metallbandes (5),wobei neben der Walze (1) mindestens ein sich parallel zu der Walzenachse (3) erstreckender Kühlkörper (6) mit seitlichen Enden (17,18), einem oberen Ende (7), einem unteren Ende (8) und einem Mittelabschnitt (9) angeordnet ist,wobei der Kühlkörper (6) die Walze (1) auf einem Teil ihres Walzenmantels (2) umgreift und mit dem Walzenmantel (2) einen Kühlspalt (10) für eine Kühlflüssigkeit bildet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßder Kühlkörper (6) an seinem oberen und an seinem unteren Ende (7,8) eine obere und eine untere Einspeiseöffnung (11,12) zum Einspeisen der Kühlflüssigkeit in den Kühlspalt (10) und im Mittelabschnitt (9) eine diffusorartige Erweiterung (13) aufweist,wobei die Einspeiseöffnungen (11,12) düsenartig ausgebildet sind,wobei in der diffusorartigen Erweiterung (13) mindestens eine Ausspeiseöffnung (14) zum Ausspeisen der Kühlflüssigkeit aus dem Kühlspalt (10) angeordnet ist,wobei die Ausspeiseöffnung (14) mit einem Kühlflüssigkeitsrückführraum (15) verbunden ist.
- Kühlvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die obere und/oder die untere Einspeiseöffnung (11, 12) verstellbar sind. - Kühlvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an den seitlichen Enden (17,18) des Kühlkörpers (6) Abschlußdichtungen (19,20) angeordnet sind. - Kühlvorrichtung nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abschlußdichtungen (19,20) parallel zu der Walzenachse (3) verstellbar sind. - Kühlvorrichtung nach einem der obigen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die obere und/oder die untere Einspeiseöffnung (11, 12) parallel zu der Walzenachse (3) Unterteilungen (23, 24) aufweisen. - Kühlvorrichtung nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Unterteilungen (23, 24) - vorzugsweise unabhängig voneinander - einstellbar sind. - Kühlvorrichtung nach Anspruch 5 oder 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Unterteilungen (23, 24) durch Trenndichtungen (25) voneinander getrennt sind. - Kühlvorrichtung nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trenndichtungen (25) - vorzugsweise stufenlos - einstellbar sind. - Kühlvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kühlspalt (10) einstellbar ist. - Kühlvorrichtung nach einem der obigen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß von der oberen und der unteren Einspeiseöffnung (11, 12) eine als Haupt- und eine als Nebeneinspeiseöffnung ausgebildet ist und daß die diffusorartige Erweiterung (13) näher an der Nebeneinspeiseöffnung als an der Haupteinspeiseöffnung angeordnet ist. - Kühlvorrichtung nach einem der obigen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kühlkörper (6) derart angeordnet ist, daß der Walzenmantel (2) im Betrieb innerhalb des Kühlspalts (10) eine nach oben gerichtete Geschwindigkeitskomponente aufweist. - Kühlverfahren für eine Walze zum Walzen eines Bandes (5), insbesondere eines Metallbandes (5), deren Walzenachse (3) sich in horizontaler Richtung erstreckt und von einem Walzenmantel (2) umgeben ist,wobei neben der Walze (1) ein sich parallel zu der Walzenachse (3) erstreckender Kühlkörper (6) mit seitlichen Enden (17,18), einem oberen Ende (7), einem unteren Ende (8) und einem Mittelabschnitt (9) angeordnet ist,wobei der Kühlkörper (6) die Walze (1) auf einem Teil ihres Walzenmantels (2) umgreift und mit dem Walzenmantel (2) einen Kühlspalt (10) für eine Kühlflüssigkeit bildet,daß ein erster Teil einer Kühlflüssigkeit vom oberen Ende (7) unter Druck nach unten in den Kühlspalt (10) eingespritzt wird,daß ein zweiter Teil der Kühlflüssigkeit vom unteren Ende (8) unter Druck nach oben in den Kühlspalt (10) eingespritzt wird,daß der erste und der zweite Teil der Kühlflüssigkeit in einer im Mittelabschnitt (9) angeordneten diffusorartigen Erweiterung (13) aufeinandertreffen unddaß die Kühlflüssigkeit über mindestens eine in der diffusorartigen Erweiterung (13) angeordnete Ausspeiseöffnung (14) aus dem Kühlspalt (10) ausgespeist wird.
- Kühlverfahren nach Anspruch 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in axialer Richtung gesehen unterschiedliche Kühlflüssigkeitsmengen in den Kühlspalt (10) eingespeist werden. - Kühlverfahren nach Anspruch 12 oder 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der erste und der zweite Teil der Kühlflüssigkeit unterschiedlich groß sind.
