Claims (9)
- Bestehende Warmbandstraße mit einem Hubbalkenofen (1), mindestens einem diesem nachgeordneten Reversiergerüst (3) und ggfs. Scheren (4) und/oder Entzunderungsvorrichtungen (5), sowie einer folgenden Warmbandfertigstraße (6) zur Fertigung dünnen, austenitisch gewalzten Warmbandes,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß zur Absenkung der maximalen Geschwindigkeit und/oder zur weiteren Absenkung der Walzbanddicke zwischen dem Reversiergerüst (3) und der Warmbandfertiggstraße (6) ein Ausgleichsofen (7, 7') vorgesehen wird, der durch eine Anzahl von Aufnahmeplätzen (8 - 8''''; 13 - 13 ''') für ausgleichend beheizbare Vorbänder eine Gesamtheizzeit für jedes Vorband sichert, die ein Mehrfaches der Walzzeit in der Warmbandfertiggstraße (6) beträgt. - Bestehende Warmwalzstraße,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß dem Ausgleichsofen (7, 7') eine mindestens in vorwählbaren Breitenbereichen des Vorbandes wirksame Induktionsheizung (10) zugeordnet ist. - Bestehende Warmwalzstraße nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Induktionsheizung (10) dem Ausgleichsofen (7, 7') vorgeordnet ist oder in dessen Eingang integriert ist. - Bestehende Warmbandstraße nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Aufnahmeplätze (8 - 8'''') des Ausgleichsofens (7) zueinander parallel angeordnet sind und daß die Aufnahmeplätze (8 - 8'''') horizontal quer zur Walzrichtung (2) verschiebbar sind. - Bestehende Warmbandstraße nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Aufnahmeplätze (8 - 8'''') des Ausgleichsofens (7) zueinander parallel angeordnet sind und daß die Aufnahmeplätze (8 - 8'''') vertikal quer zur Walzrichtung (2) verschiebbar sind. - Bestehende Warmbandstraße nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß dem Ausgleichsofen (7') mindestens eine quer zur Walzrichtung (2) verschiebbare, mindestens jeweils ein Vorband aufnehmende Fähre (11, 12) zugeordnet ist. - Bestehende Warmbandstraße nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Aufnahmeplätze (13 - 13''') des Ausgleichsofens (7') hintereinander angeordnet und das beidendig des Ausgleichsofen (7') Fähren (11, 12) vorgesehen sind. - Bestehende Warmbandstraße nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß es sich bei dem Ausgleichsofen (7, 7') um einen Rollenherdofen handelt. - Bestehende Warmbandstraße nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Ausgleichsofen (7, 7') aus der Walzlinie ausfahrbar ist.
