Claims (24)
- Document d'identification (1), tel qu'un passeport ou similaires, constitué de plusieurs feuilles (3, 4, 5, 6, 50a, 50b) qui sont reliées au niveau d'un joint (14, 47) pour former un livret et parmi lesquelles au moins une feuille constitue une feuille de données (3, 50a, 50b) qui est dotée d'informations (31-34) et comprend au moins deux couches (9-12, 43a-c, 44a-c, 45), dans lequel au moins une de ces couches est transparente, et possède une autre couche pour les caractéristiques d'authenticité connues des papiers de sûreté, et le format des couches est choisi de telle manière qu'elles dépassent de la zone du joint (14, 47) et garantissent ainsi dans la zone du joint (14, 47) la liaison de la feuille de données (3, 50a, 50b) avec les autres feuilles (4, 5, 6) du document d'identification (1), et les couches (9-12, 43a-c, 44a-c, 45) sont liées dans la zone des informations (31-34) pour former un laminé inséparable, sans toutefois adhérer l'une à l'autre, dans la zone du joint (14,47).
- Document d'identification selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'une des couches (9, 45) est en papier ou en matière plastique et l'autre couche (10-12, 43a-c, 44a-c) est constituée d'une feuille de matière plastique transparente.
- Document d'identification selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins deux couches (10-12, 43a-c, 44a-c) sont constituées de feuilles de matière plastique transparentes qui sont au moins partiellement liées avec une couche intermédiaire (9, 45) pour former un laminé.
- Document d'identification selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que les feuilles de matière plastique transparentes (10, 11, 43a-c, 44a-c) sont disposées sur la même face de la couche intermédiaire (9,45) et forment une feuille de recouvrement (7, 43, 44).
- Document d'identification selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le feuille de recouvrement (43, 44) contient d'autres couches de matière plastique (43a, 43b, 43c, 44a, 44b, 44c), dans lequel certaines des feuilles de matière plastique (43a, 43b, 43c, 44a, 44b, 44c) et le cas échéant la couche intermédiaire (45) sont liées pour former un laminé dans la zone du joint (47).
- Document d'identification selon au moins l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le format de la feuille de recouvrement (43, 44) correspond au format d'une double page du document d'identification (1) et le joint (47) est disposé au milieu de cette double page.
- Document d'identification selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le format de la couche intermédiaire (9, 45) correspond au format de la feuille de recouvrement (7, 8, 43, 44) ou est plus petit.
- Document d'identification selon au moins l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 7, caractérisé en ce que la couche intermédiaire (9, 45) est dotée des deux côtés d'une feuille de recouvrement (7, 8, 43, 44).
- Document d'identification selon au moins l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 8, caractérisé en ce que la couche intermédiaire (9, 45) est constituée de papier ou d'une feuille de matière plastique opaque.
- Document d'identification selon au moins l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 9, caractérisé en ce que les feuilles de matière plastique (10, 11, 12, 43a-c, 44a-c) sont constituées de matières plastiques différentes et/ou contiennent des additifs différents.
- Document d'identification selon au moins l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 10, caractérisé en ce que les feuilles de matière plastique (10, 11, 12, 43a-c, 44a-c) sont constituées de PC, de PETG ou de HDT-PETG.
- Document d'identification selon au moins l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce que le joint (14, 47) est formé par un fil cousu ou un collage.
- Document d'identification selon au moins l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 12, caractérisé en ce que la feuille de données (3, 50a, 50b) contient des données concernant l'usager (31, 32, 33, 34) qui sont apposées au moyen d'un laser.
- Procédé pour la fabrication d'un document d'identification (1), tel qu'un passeport ou similaires, dans lequel plusieurs feuilles (3-6, 50a, 50b) sont reliées au niveau d'un joint (14, 47) pour former un livret, lequel possède au moins une feuille de données (3, 50a, 50b) qui est constituée d'au moins deux couches (9-12, 43a-c, 44a-c, 45) et est dotée d'informations (31-34), et les deux couches (9-12, 43a-c, 44a-c, 45) sont préparées ou traitées avant la reliure du document d'identification (1) et pendant la fabrication de la feuille de données (3, 50a, 50b) de telle manière qu'elles sont liées dans la zone des informations (31-34) pour former un laminé inséparable, sans toutefois adhérer l'une à l'autre dans la zone du joint (14,47), dans lequel les deux couches (9-12, 43a-c, 44a-c, 45) sont, dans la zone du joint (14, 47), soit dotées d'une couche imprimable anti-adhérente, soit non recouvertes de colle, ou encore épargnées lors d'une opération de laminage.
- Procédé selon la revendication 14, caractérisé en ce que les couches (9-12, 43a-c, 44a-c, 45) sont laminées sous l'effet de la chaleur et de la pression.
- Procédé selon la revendication 15, caractérisé en ce que la couche anti-adhérente est déposée par sérigraphie ou par impression offset.
- Procédé selon au moins l'une quelconque des revendications 14 à 16, caractérisé en ce que la feuille de données (3, 50a, 50b) est soumise dans la zone du joint (14, 47) à des mesures supplémentaires de manière à empêcher l'ouverture du livret dans la zone de la feuille de données (3, 50a, 50b).
- Procédé selon la revendication 17, caractérisé en ce qu'après la reliure du passeport, la feuille de données (3, 50a, 50b) est déformée sous l'effet de la chaleur dans la zone du joint (14, 47) de telle manière que les couches de la feuille de données (3, 50a, 50b) s'appliquent étroitement aux autres feuilles (4-6) insérées dans le document (1).
- Procédé selon la revendication 17, caractérisé en ce que la feuille de données (3, 50a, 50b) est déformée par un procédé thermoplastique avant la reliure de telle manière qu'ensuite, lors de la reliure, elle s'applique étroitement dans la zone du joint (14, 47) aux autres feuilles (4-6) cousues dans le livret.
- Procédé selon la revendication 17, caractérisé en ce que la feuille de données (3, 50a, 50b) possède un format dépassant le format du document, de telle manière que les couches de la feuille de données (3, 50a, 50b) dépassent du joint (14, 47), et qu'au moins une des couches dépassant du joint (14, 47) est en contre-dépouille de manière à empêcher l'ouverture brutale du livret dans la zone de la feuille de données (3, 50a, 50b).
- Document d'identification selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les caractères d'authenticité comprennent un filigrane, une héliogravure en acier ou un fil de sécurité.
- Document d'identification selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que les épaisseurs des couches sont variables.
- Document d'identification selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que le nombre de feuilles de matière plastique (10-12, 43a-c, 44a-c) utilisées pour les feuilles de recouvrement (7, 8, 43, 44) est variable.
- Document d'identification selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que la couche intermédiaire (9) possède un format plus petit que les feuilles de recouvrement (7, 8) et est entièrement enveloppée par celles-ci et ne pénètre pas dans la zone du joint (14).
