Definitions

  • the invention relates to a control system, in particular for securing Traffic routes.
  • traffic routes is to be understood in the broadest sense. So can be used to separate or secure lanes at construction sites or places, or for the separation of in the area of Planting islands or planters are used for traffic routes. Also Such a control system can be used to separate Lanes on highways or in streets or for narrowing Lanes, for example, for the purpose of speed reduction. Finally, such a control system can also within large-scale halls are used to cover traffic routes, namely lanes for so-called go-karts or similar to form motor vehicles.
  • the guidance protection system according to this publication becomes essentially of a multitude of one behind the other and with each other connected guide pieces formed.
  • These guide pieces are designed such that the end of a first leading piece each with the beginning of it following next guide piece can be connected. To do this with to get by a single form of the guide pieces, they show on their one end a cone-shaped and one at its other end bearing-eye-shaped approach to receiving the respective pin.
  • the Both approaches are designed in this way or on the guide piece arranged that the pin of a subsequent guide piece of above in the bearing-eye-shaped approach of a preceding guide piece is introduced.
  • the guide pieces designed in this way are relatively easy to form one Assemble the command and control system, however such a command and control system is compatible with the Disadvantageous, for example when replacing a guide piece, this cannot be easily removed from the control system. Rather, it is necessary to all from the end of the control system Remove guiding pieces up to the guiding piece to be replaced; only then is it is possible to replace the damaged guide piece.
  • a self-contained with the previously described control system Area should be delimited, for example, to delimit a Traffic island, a planting area or the delimitation of a lane for a go-kart race can happen with the guides Difficulties of the above-described control system as to Include such an area or the race track either specially trained end piece is required, or the last Guide piece can only be assembled under difficult conditions.
  • the invention has for its object a generic Guard system to create that while ensuring more uniform Guiding principles on the one hand a quick exchange of damaged ones Guiding elements enabled and on the other hand is flexible in its routing.
  • the entire guide piece can be elastically deformed into any curve shape while observing a minimum radius, ie bent into any curve shape and, if necessary, in this shape be fixed on a base. If the corresponding curve shape is composed of a plurality of guide pieces, this shape can be fixed simultaneously with the coupling piece connecting two adjacent guide pieces, the two flanges of the coupling piece engaging in the intermediate spaces located between the supports.
  • the arrangement of gaps between the individual supports gives the guide piece its ability to bend on the one hand, and on the other hand, the formation of a curve shape on the side of the guide piece facing the carriageway results in an almost uninterrupted contact surface for the outside wheels of the vehicle.
  • the individual supports or the corresponding guide piece can thus elastically absorb lateral forces of the vehicle, the guide piece being elastically deformed under the action of such lateral forces and being able to return to its starting position after the lateral forces have ceased to exist.
  • a production-technically simple execution of the guide pieces results thereby, the middle piece and the supports of each guide piece in one piece are trained.
  • Each guide piece points to the coupling piece attacking the guide pieces in the area of its upper end at least on its two frontal sides End areas one essentially parallel to its longitudinal axis directed recess, which is in a preferred embodiment can extend over the entire length of the guide piece.
  • the guide piece can be shortened at any point and as an end or Intermediate piece can be inserted into the control system.
  • each support has a ramp surface in the area of their Contact surface begins with an inclined surface and in itself in a convex curved surface continues.
  • Fig. 1 is a guide piece 1 of the guide protection system in a curved shape shown.
  • the Leit Nursing 1 can either within the Leitschutzsystem take the curved shape shown in Fig. 2 or a straight shape, such as it is shown in Fig. 3.
  • Straight and curved guide pieces can be in in any order, which can then be arranged using Coupling pieces 2 can be connected to each other. Because everyone Guide pieces 1 and also all coupling pieces 2 of the guide protection system each have identical training, the following is Description on one of these guide pieces or one of the coupling pieces limited.
  • the guide piece 1 ( Figure 4) has a central part 3, which in the longitudinal direction of the Protection system oriented and made of an elastically deformable material is made.
  • the middle part 3 has a preferably rectangular shape Cross-section so that it is relatively slightly elastic transversely to its longitudinal axis is deformable, but parallel to it is rigid.
  • supports 4 provided in their upper Grip the middle part 3 and symmetrically at its lower area to the central part 3 arranged support surfaces 5.
  • the middle part 3 and the supports 4 are in one piece educated.
  • a recess 6 is provided on the supports 4 above the central part 3.
  • the recess 6 can extend over the entire length of the guide piece 1.
  • the entire guide protection system is very flexible insofar as only a corresponding length has to be separated from a guide piece 1 in order to form end pieces or intermediate pieces, the separated lengths being able to be connected to a guide piece 1 in the same way as the guide pieces 1 yourself.
  • the supports 4 have run-up surfaces 7 for the vehicle in their lower region, which begin in the region of their support surfaces 5 with an inclined surface in each case and continue in convexly curved surfaces.
  • the contact surfaces 5 are also arranged symmetrically to the central part 3.
  • Those for connecting two guide pieces 1 to one another or a guide piece 1 with an end or intermediate piece serving coupling pieces 2 correspond essentially to the shape of a U and have a web 8, as well as two side flanges 9 on the end faces of the web are arranged.
  • the parts to be connected with their end faces close together posed.
  • the coupling piece 2 with its two Flanges 9 from above so far over the supports of the two together connecting parts guided until the web 8 within the recesses 6 of the guide pieces 1 to be connected to one another.
  • Fig. 5 it can also be seen that the part of the shown there Command protection system is formed by a total of three guide pieces, namely one rectilinear guide piece 1, a first arcuate guide piece 1 a and one adjoining second guide piece 1 b.
  • Fig. 5 also shows that the last support 4e and each first support 4a of the guide pieces 1, 1a and 1b both on the inner radius of the Lane, as well as on the outer radius facing away from the lane lie directly against each other and are aligned parallel to each other, while the remaining supports 4 of the curved guide pieces 1a, 1b are directed exactly radially and a mutual one on the outer radius Have a distance that is slightly larger than the mutual distance of the Supports 4 on the rectilinear guide piece 1.
  • guide pieces 1 in the area of the inside radius of a hairpin bend to be arranged guide pieces 1 only the optical road boundary serve, so they do not have to absorb or intercept forces, it is possible to provide guide pieces in these areas, which only on one side the middle part are provided with a support.
