Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a set of components according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • a set of components is described in CH-A-655 339.
  • These known components can only be stacked in a certain mutual position in the longitudinal and transverse directions of the basic elements, i.e. The stacking direction is perpendicular to the level of the elements, and the entire length of the structures that can be created can only be graded within the total length of a basic element.
  • this freedom is bought by a certain loss of stability. It is also difficult to systematically maintain a certain deviation from normal stacking.
  • the aim of the present invention is to significantly improve the possibilities of stacking the components and thus the design of the structures without sacrificing the stability of the structure.
  • This goal is achieved according to the characterizing part of claim 1. It becomes possible to stack the basic elements in various selectable, mutual positions in the longitudinal and transverse directions, these positions being due to play-free Intervention of the coupling element in the holes of the components is clearly determined and the stability of the structure is guaranteed. In particular, it is possible to give the building a certain inclination without the components themselves having to be inclined.
  • the set of components has only three elements, namely a board-shaped basic element 1 according to FIGS. 1 and 2, a disk-shaped, octagonal spacer element 2, according to FIGS. 3 and 4, and a disk-shaped coupling element 3 with protruding or continuous pin 3a on both sides, according to the figures 5 and 6.
  • Components 1 and 2 consist of concrete, which can be reinforced with steel fibers or plastic fibers. The reinforcement therefore does not represent an obstacle to the design and the casting of the elements.
  • the basic element 1 is on the ends are angular, corresponding to the octagonal shape of the spacer element 2.
  • the base element 1 has at the ends a group of five through holes 4, each of which has a lengthwise and a transverse row of three holes at a uniform distance.
  • the spacer element 2 has a through hole 5 in the center of the same diameter as the holes 4 of the basic element 1.
  • the diameter of the pin 3a of the coupling element has a diameter which is slightly smaller than the diameter of the holes 4 and 5, such that the pins 3a can be inserted into the holes 4 easily but with little play.
  • the outside diameter of the pin 3a is, for example, 24 mm, while the diameter of the holes 4 and 5 is 25 mm.
  • FIGS. 7 and 8 show a first exemplary embodiment of a building constructed using elements 1 to 3, for example a retaining wall.
  • elements 1 to 3 for example a retaining wall.
  • the desired vertical distance between individual levels of basic elements is determined by means of distance elements 2.
  • the basic elements here engage with one another with their ends, that is to say they are arranged to overlap, and at each connection point a coupling element 3 with its pin 3a is arranged so as to engage in holes 4 and 5 of the basic elements or spacing elements lying one above the other.
  • the components are thus reliably coupled to one another, and the disc 3 of the coupling elements lying between the elements, which is made, for example, of plastic, avoids edge pressures between the superimposed concrete elements and the resulting damage to the same.
  • the coupling elements In the exemplary embodiment according to FIGS. 7 and 8, it is assumed that the coupling elements always engage in the central holes 4 of the two groups of holes of the basic element, which results in a uniform square grid of the longitudinal and transverse basic elements 1a and 1b.
  • the stacking direction is perpendicular to the level of the basic elements and spacer elements.
  • the wall can be vertical or, according to FIG. 10, be crooked on a corresponding foundation.
  • FIG. 10 schematically shows a retaining wall according to FIGS. 7 and 8 arranged on an inclined foundation. It differs in other respects in that a reinforcement by a rear, third stack of basic elements is provided in the lower part.
  • the elements are only partially labeled in FIG. 10 in order not to make the figure unclear. However, it is readily apparent that spacer elements are no longer required in the reinforced areas in the middle stack, by alternating forward and there rearward, transverse basic elements protrude between the longitudinal basic elements.
  • Figure 11 shows schematically the execution of a curved support wall.
  • the basic elements can be arranged not only square according to Figure 8 but also more or less trapezoidal in order to give the wall a curvature.
  • this then presupposes that gaps occasionally arise in the inner stack of longitudinal basic elements 1a, but this does little to impair the stability of the retaining wall.
  • the inner stack need not be interrupted.
  • variable effective length of the basic elements also allows the total length of a building to be varied in fine increments from a certain minimum length.
  • Elements of the type shown in FIGS. 1 to 4 have, for example, a thickness of 6 cm, a width of 20 cm, a length of 80 cm, a distance between the transverse rows of holes of 60 cm and a mutual spacing of the holes 4 of 5 cm on.
  • the effective length of the elements can vary between 50 and 70 cm, depending on whether the coupling elements are inserted in the innermost or outermost holes.
  • the disc 3 of the coupling elements has a diameter of 10 cm, so that the disc does not protrude beyond the edge of a base element 1, when the pins 3a are inserted into the outermost holes 4.
  • the spacer element 2 could have several, for example three, holes so that it can always be optimally inserted.
  • Other groups of holes 4 could also be arranged at the ends of the basic elements 1, or further holes could be arranged at all to create certain connections, for example in the center of the element.
  • the groups of holes 4 not only have the advantage that they allow a variable grid or a cross-displacement of the elements, but they also facilitate the detection of the elements for stacking them.
