Claims (6)
- Module avec instruments de tufting (2), en particulier des aiguilles, module dans lequel l'instrument de tufting est inséré dans un corps de base (1), dont la longueur correspond à un multiple de l'écartement moyen des instruments de tufting y insérés, qui est équipé d'un rebord d'installation (5) et de creux sur sa face arrière (3) pouvant être fixée sur une barre, ainsi que d'épaulements d'accrochage (7) et de décrochements sur sa face avant (4), et qui présente un trou oblong (9) dans le sens de la longueur du module allant de la face arrière (3) vers la face avant (4) caractérisé en ce que les creux de la face arrière (3) sont déterminés par l'espace formé par une rangée de dents placées en creux (6) dont les dents (10) sont rangées l'une en dessous de l'autre à distance égale et possèdent des flancs de dents droits, que les épaulements de la face avant sont formés par un rebord des dents (8) en décrochement, où les dents (12) et les espaces (13) entre les rebords des dents (8) correspondent aux espaces (11) et aux dents (10) de la rangée de dents (6).
- Module selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'espace moyen des instruments de tufting représente n fois l'espace entre les dents (10,12), où n est un nombre entier > 1.
- Module selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les espaces (11) entre les rangées de dents (6) par rapport aux dents (12) du rebord des dents (8) sont décalés et où ce décalement est égal à 1/n fois l'espace moyen entre les instruments de tufting, et n est un nombre entier > 1.
- Module selon l'une des revendications ci-dessus, caractérisé en ce que le pas du rebord des dents et de la rangée de dents s'élève à 1,98 mm (= 5/64 de pouce), 1,27 mm (= 1/20 de pouce) ou 1,59 mm (= 1/16 de pouce).
- Module selon l'une des revendications ci-dessus, caractérisé en ce que la rangée de dents (6) du rebord d'installation (5) et le rebord des dents (8) de l'épaulement d'accrochage (7) sont voisins.
- Module selon l'une des revendications ci-dessus, caractérisé en ce que les flancs de chaque dent (10,12) forment entre eux un angle de 35° à 50°.
