Claims (8)
- Dispositif de fixation de releveurs dans un refroidisseur tubulaire rotatif de cimenterie, lesdits releveurs (10) étant en forme d'arc et constitués de deux sections courbes (12, 14) articulées l'une à l'autre par leur sommet et destinées à être fixées par leur base (24, 26) sur des supports de fixation (18) solidaires de la face intérieure d'une virole cylindrique (16) constituant la paroi du refroidisseur qui est traversé longitudinalement par du clinker destiné à être refroidi par de l'air traversant le refroidisseur dans le sens contraire de la progression du clinker, la fixation des releveurs (10) sur les supports (18) comportant au moins un système de fixation à queue d'aronde, caractérisé en ce que ladite fixation des releveurs (10) sur les supports (18) par système de fixation à queue d'aronde est réalisée par glissement longitudinal des releveurs (10) sur les supports (18) dans le sens de la progression du clinker et en ce que ceux-ci comportent une butée (34) pour caler et positionner les releveurs (10) dans le sens de la progression du clinker.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la fixation à queue d'aronde des releveurs (10) à chaque bloc de fixation (18) est complétée par un boulon de fixation (44, 58).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que chaque releveur (10) comporte, sur ses bases longitudinales (24, 26), au niveau des supports de fixation (18), une nervure centrale divergente (38) ayant une section en queue d'hirondelle et en ce que chaque support de fixation (18) comporte une cavité convergente (28) délimitée par des taquets latéraux obliques (36).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que les bases (24, 26) des releveurs comportent, au niveau des supports de fixation (18), des jupes latérales (40, 42) de protection de la partie intérieure des supports de fixation (18).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que ledit boulon de fixation (44) traverse la paroi (16) de la virole et reçoit un écrou à l'extérieur de celle-ci.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le boulon de fixation (54) ne traverse la paroi (16) de la virole et que son écrou de fixation (58) se trouve du côté intérieur du releveur (50).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que les supports de fixation (18) sont soudés à la paroi (16) de la virole.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que les supports de fixation (18) sont retenus par clavetage à des attaches intermédiaires, elles-mêmes soudées à la virole.
