Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung und ein Verfahren zum Führen und Schneiden eines kontinuierlich zulaufenden Fadens bei einem Spulenwechsel in einer Aufwickeleinrichtung. Hierbei wird der Faden mittels eines beweglichen Fadenführers im wesentlichen parallel zur Hülse geführt. Dem Fadenführer ist eine Absaugeinrichtung nachgeordnet, die aus einem pneumatischen Absauganschluß und einer Schneideinrichtung besteht. Die Absaugeinrichtung wirkt mit einer Übergabeeinrichtung zusammen, um den Faden beim Spulenwechsel zu schneiden und das lose Fadenende des zulaufenden Fadens aufzunehmen. Um beim Spulenwechsel, beim Fangen und beim Anwickeln an einer durch eine Treibwalze angetriebene Hülse eine schonende Garnbearbeitung zu ermöglichen, ist der Fadenführer im Fadenlauf vor der angetriebenen Hülse und die Absaugeinrichtung hinter der angetriebenen Hülse angeordnet.

The invention relates to a device and a method for guiding and cutting a continuously running thread when changing the bobbin in a winding device. Here, the thread is guided essentially parallel to the sleeve by means of a movable thread guide. The thread guide is followed by a suction device, which consists of a pneumatic suction connection and a cutting device. The suction device interacts with a transfer device to cut the thread when changing the bobbin and to pick up the loose thread end of the incoming thread.
