Claims (8)
- Kurbel (1), welche einen mittleren Stab (2) umfaßt, der an jedem Ende durch ein Gelenk (3, 4) mit einem ersten Stab (5), der,über ein Kniegelenk eines Kardangelenks an die Drehwelle der Rolladenfläche angeschlossen ist, und mit einem zweiten Stab, der als Griff (6) für den Benutzer dient, verbunden ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens eines der Gelenke (3, 4) eine Öffnung (7) mit polygonalem Querschnitt derart enthält, daß sie mit einem Lager (8) zusammenwirkt, dessen Außenprofil zu dem der Öffnung (7) komplementär ist, wobei das Lager (8) eine mittige Öffnung (9) mit länglichem Querschnitt enthält, welche mit einer Gelenkwelle (10) zusammenwirkt, die über eine Vielzahl von Seitenflächen (11) verfügt, um den mittleren Stab (2) mit dem Griff (6) bzw. dem ersten Stab (5) zu verbinden.
- Kurbel nach vorhergehendem Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Lager (8), welches sich in Preßpassung in der Öffnung mit polygonalem Querschnitt befindet, aus einem Kunststoff ausgeführt ist, der einen hohen Elastizitätsmodul besitzt.
- Kurbel nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gelenkwelle (10) mit Seitenflächen (11) aus einem Material ausgeführt ist, dessen Härtezahl derart größer als die des Lagers (8) ist, daß sie eine elastische Verformung der Innenfläche von Öffnung (9) bei der Drehung der Gelenkwelle (10) erlaubt.
- Kurbel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der mittlere Stab (2) mit einer Vielzahl von Öffnungen (13) versehen ist, die in seiner Längsachse so verteilt sind, daß sie den Durchgang einer Vielzahl von Stiften (14) ermöglichen, die zu Abdeckungen (15) gehören, welche aus gegebenenfalls eingefärbtem Kunststoff bestehen und sich gegenüberliegend ineinander einpassen, damit der mittlere Stab (2) verkleidet wird.
- Kurbel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gelenkwellen (10) über eine Hülse (16) und eine Muffe (17, 17') einerseits mit dem Griff (6) und andererseits mit dem Verbindungsstab (5) verbunden sind.
- Kurbel nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Muffe (17) zu einem Rohr ausgebildet ist, das durch eine Abfolge von Abstechvorgängen aus einem Profil aus Kunststoff bzw. Metall oder durch Spritzgießen von Kunststoff erhalten worden ist und an jedem Ende eine Queröffnung (18, 19) zur Längsachse der Muffe aufweist, welche die Gelenkwelle (10) mit Seitenflächen (11) bzw. einen Verbindungsstift mit dem Stab (5) aufnimmt, wobei die Muffe (17) mit einer Hülse (16) bedeckt ist, welche die Translation der Weile (10) blokkiert.
- Kurbel nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Muffe (17') durch Spritzgießen von Kunststoff erhalten ist und an einem Ende einen U-förmigen Teil (24) umfaßt, durch welchen radial eine Öffnung (25) für den Durchgang einer Gelenkwelle (10) mit Seitenflächen (11) führt, die das Zusammenwirken des Griffs (6) mit dem anderen Ende des mittleren Stabes (2) ermöglicht.
- Kurbel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Muffe (17, 17') jeweils über eine drehbare Außenhülse (20, 27) verfügt, an denen der Benutzer anfaßt, wenn er die Kurbel betätigt, wobei die Außenhülsen aus Kunststoff bestehen und in der Masse mit einer Farbe eingefärbt sein können, welche der der Abdeckungen (15) des mittleren Stabes (2) ähnelt.
