Crank (1) comprising a central bar (2) connected at each of its ends by an articulation point (3, 4) to a first bar (5) which is connected via a cardan knuckle joint to the rotational spindle of the roller blind apron and to a second bar serving as a gripping means (6) for the user, characterised in that at least one of the articulation points (3, 4) comprises an orifice (7) having a polygonal cross-section so as to cooperate with a bearing (8) of which the external profile is complementary with that of the orifice (7), said bearing (8) comprising a central orifice (9) having an oblong cross-section which cooperates with an articulating spindle (10) having a plurality of facets (11) so as to connect said central bar (2) to the gripping means (6) and said first bar (5) respectively.
  2. Crank according to the preceding claim, characterised in that the bearing (8) force-fitted inside the orifice having a polygonal cross-section is produced from a plastics material having a significant modulus of elasticity.
  3. Crank according to either of claims 1 or 2, characterised in that the articulating spindle (10) having facets (11) is produced from a material having a hardness index which is greater than that of the bearing (8) so as to allow elastic deformation of the internal surface of the orifice (9) during rotation of the articulating spindle (10).
  4. Crank according to any of the preceding claims, characterised in that the central bar (2) is equipped with a plurality of orifices (13) distributed along its longitudinal axis so as to allow the passage of a plurality of pins (14) emerging from optionally coloured shields (15) made of plastics material, which fit one through the other so as to clothe said central bar (2).
  5. Crank according to any of the preceding claims, characterised in that the articulating spindles (10) are connected, on the one hand to the gripping means (6) and on the other hand to the connecting rod (5) via a cap (16) and a sleeve (17, 17').
  6. Crank according to claim 5, characterised in that the sleeve (17) is shaped into a tube obtained by a succession of turning operations on a profile made of plastics or metallic material or by an injection-moulding operation from plastics material, and has, at each of its ends, an orifice (18,19) perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the sleeve which receives the articulating spindle (10) having facets (11) and a dowel for connection to the connecting rod (5) respectively, said sleeve (15) being covered by the cap (16) which immobilises the spindle (10) in translation.
  7. Crank according to claim 5, characterised in that the sleeve (17') is obtained by an injection-moulding operation from plastics material and comprises, at one of its ends a U-shaped portion (24)which is radially traversed by an orifice (25) for the passage of spindle (10) having facets (11) which allows cooperation of the gripping means (6) at the other end of the central bar (2).
  8. Crank according to any of the preceding claims, characterised in that the sleeve (17, 17') is provided with a rotating cowl (20, 27) on which the user will position his hands when he actuates the crank, wherein said cowls may be made of plastics material and may be dyed in the mass with a colour similar to the clothing shields (15) of the central rod (2).
