Claims (7)
- Spannvorrichtung für einen Gießtisch einer Maschine zum senkrechten Strangguß von Teilen, insbesondere Rohren (T), aus Roheisen gemäß einer senkrechten Entnahmeachse (X-X), wobei der Gießtisch einerseits eine Extrudierdüse (5), die fluchtend mit der senkrechten Entnahmeachse (X-X) angeordnet ist, und andererseits eine Zufuhrvorrichtung (3) von flüssigem Roheisen aufweist, die die Extrudierdüse (5) speist, wobei mindestens eine Dichtung (12A; 12B) zwischen dem Ausgang der Zufuhrvorrichtung (3) von flüssigem Roheisen und der Extrudierdüse (5) angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie Mittel (15, 6, 21) aufweist, um die Extrudierdüse (5) parallel zur senkrechten Entnahmeachse (X-X) mit konstanter Kraft gegen den Ausgang der Zufuhrvorrichtung (3) von flüssigem Roheisen anzupressen, um die Dichtung(en) (12A; 12B) zusammenzupressen.
- Spannvorrichtung für einen Maschinen-Gießtisch nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anpreßmittel einen Träger (15) für die Extrudierdüse (5), der gemäß einer im wesentlichen parallel zur senkrechten Entnahmeachse (X-X) verlaufenden Achse verschiebbar ist, ein Gestell (6), auf dem die Zufuhrvorrichtung (3) von flüssigem Roheisen angeordnet ist, und mindestens zwei gleichmäßig um die Extrudierdüse (5) herum verteilte Fluidzylinder (21) aufweisen, wobei jeder Zylinder (21) sowohl mit dem Träger (15) als auch mit dem Gestell (6) verbunden ist und jeder Zylinder (21) mittels einer Fluidleitung (26, 27) mit einer Regelungseinrichtung (31) für den Anpreßdruck jedes Zylinders verbunden ist.
- Spannvorrichtung für einen Gießtisch einer Maschine nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fluidleitungen (26, 27) der Zylinder (21) in einer gemeinsamen Fluidleitung (29) vereinigt sind, und daß diese gemeinsame Leitung (29) mit der Regelungseinrichtung (31) für den Anpreßdruck verbunden ist.
- Spannvorrichtung für einen Gießtisch einer Maschine nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fluidzylinder (21) Hydraulikzylinder sind.
- Spannvorrichtung für einen Gießtisch einer Maschine nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fluidzylinder (21) Pneumatikzylinder sind.
- Spannvorrichtung für einen Gießtisch einer Maschine nach einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Körper der Zylinder (21) gänzlich außerhalb des Raums angeordnet sind, der zwischen den beiden waagrechten Ebenen liegt, die die Erregerwicklungen (14) begrenzen.
- Gießtisch einer Maschine zum senkrechten Strangguß von Teilen, insbesondere Rohren (T), aus Roheisen gemäß einer senkrechten Entnahmeachse (X-X), wobei der Gießtisch einerseits eine Extrudierdüse (5), die zur senkrechten Entnahmeachse (X-X) fluchtend angeordnet ist, und andererseits eine Zufuhrvorrichtung (3) von flüssigem Roheisen aufweist, die die Extrudierdüse (5) speist, wobei mindestens eine Dichtung (12A; 12B) zwischen dem Ausgang der Zufuhrvorrichtung (3) von flüssigem Roheisen und der Extrudierdüse (5) angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er eine Spannvorrichtung gemäß einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 1 bis 6 aufweist.
