Claims (7)

1. Verfahren zur schnellen Montage von mindestens zwei benachbarten Bauteilen eines Bauwerkes, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
a) dass diese Bauteile (1) in der gewünschten relativen Lage flach liegend und am Boden angeordnet werden, wobei die Bauteile jeweils mindestens eine an ihrer Oberseite vorgesehene Ausnehmung aufweisen;
b) dass diese Bauteile miteinander verbunden werden mit Hilfe einer Vorrichtung (3) zum provisorischen Zusammensetzen, die zwei Backen aufweist, von denen der eine gegen die Unterseite der Bauteile festgespannt werden kann und der andere Elemente (14, 23) aufweist, die in Richtung des anderen Backens vorstehen und gegen mindestens eine Fläche der an den Bauteilen vorgesehenen angrenzenden Ausnehmungen fest andrückbar sind;
c) dass die durch die zusammengefügten Bauteile gebildete Einheit mit Hilfe von geeigneten Mittel angehoben und diese Einheit in ihre endgültige Lage innerhalb des Bauwerkes gebracht wird; und
d) dass die Mittel zum provisorischen Zusammensetzen entfernt werden.
2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das herzustellende Bauwerk ein Gewölbebogen ist und der Schritt (a) darin besteht, dass die Gesamtheit der den Gewölbebogen bildenden Keilsteine in der Konfiguration des gewünschten Gewölbebogens liegend und am Boden angeordnet wird.
3. Vorrichtung zum provisorischen Zusammensetzen von Bauteilen zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, mit einem Ständer (6), zwei beabstandeten, einander zugewandten Backen (5, 7), die von dem Ständer getragen werden, wobei mindestens einer dieser Backen beweglich ist, und Mitteln (10, 11, 12) zum Festspannen der Backen an den zusammengefügt zu haltenden Bauteilen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ferner mit einem der Backen verbundene Elemente (14, 23) aufweist, die in Richtung des anderen Backens vorstehen und gegen zumindest eine Fläche einer Ausnehmung (2, 24) fest andrückbar sind, welche an der Oberseite jedes Bauteiles eines Paares zusammengefügt zu haltender benachbarter Bauteile vorgesehen ist.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung von einem festgelegten Abschnitt (3) in Form eines Winkels gebildet wird, wobei einer der Schenkel des Winkels einen ersten Backen (5) bildet und der andere Schenkel den Ständer (6) bildet, wobei ein zweiter beweglicher Backen (7) dem ersten Backen zugewandt ist und an dem anderen Schenkel des Winkels gleitend gelagert ist.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4 zum Durchführen des Verfahrens nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die vorstehenden Elemente von zwei geneigten Klappen (14) gebildet werden, deren Neigung der Schräge der Flächen der Ausnehmungen entspricht, derart, dass sie fest gegen diese andrückbar sind.
6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie mit Mitteln (15, 16) versehen ist, durch die die Vorrichtung mit Hubmitteln verbindbar ist.
7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diese Mittel von mindestens einer gerippten Aussparung gebildet werden.
