Claims (8)
- Filterstufenvorrichtung (1) zur maschinellen Feststoffseparation aus in Kanälen, Gerinnen oder Leitungen strömenden Flüssigkeiten, welche eine Vielzahl von zu einem feststehenden Rost (7) verbundene Stufenrechenstäbe (7') und eine Vielzahl von zu einem beweglichen Rost (6) verbundene Stufenrechenstäbe (6') aufweist, wobei die Roste (6, 7) innerhalb der strömenden Flüssigkeit ausgehend von einem unter der Oberfläche gelegenen Niveau in Strömungsrichtung geneigt angeordnet und die Stufenrechenstäbe (6', 7') in der der einlaufenden Strömung zugewandten Richtung stufenförmig ausgebildet sind, und bei der der bewegliche Rost (6) mit einer Antriebseinrichtung (8) auf einer Bahn betätigbar ist, die, ausgehend von einer in vertikaler und horizontaler Richtung mit dem feststehenden Rost (7) identischen Null-Lage, eine über die Stufen der zu dem feststehenden Rost (7) verbundenen Stufenrechenstäbe (7') und entgegen der einlaufenden Strömung zugewandten Richtung sich erhebende Hubbewegung bis mindestens zu einer mit der nächsthöheren Stufe des feststehenden Rostes (7) in vertikaler und in horizontaler Richtung identischen Lage erlaubt und die Stufenrechenstäbe (6') des beweglichen Rostes (6) anschließend unterhalb des feststehenden Rostes (7) zurück in die Null-Lage führt, wobei der feststehende Rost (7) zumindest seitlich von Rahmenteilen (3, 4) umgeben ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßalle Antriebselemente ( 11, 12, 19; 13) des beweglichen Rostes (6) im wesentlichen in der durch den feststehenden Rost (7) und den beweglichen Rost (6) in der Null-Lage gebildeten gemeinsamen Ebene angeordnet sind. - Vorrichtung zur maschinellen Feststoffseparation nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßdie Antriebselemente (11, 12, 19) angetriebene und an den Rahmenteilen (3, 4) des feststehenden Rostes (7) gelagerte Räder (11, 12, 19) beinhalten, wobei der bewegliche Rost (6) exzentrisch und radial zur Räderachse an den Rädern (11, 12, 19) angelenkt ist. - Vorrichtung zur maschinellen Feststoffseparation nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßder bewegliche Rost (6) an zumindest eine, insbesondere zwei, seitlich im wesentlichen parallel zu den Rahmenteilen (3, 4) verlaufende/n Wange/n (13) angeschlossen ist und die Wange/n (13) exzentrisch drehbar in Art einer Schubstange an die Räder (11, 12, 19) angeschlossen ist/sind. - Vorrichtung zur maschinellen Feststoffseparation nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßder Antrieb über auf die Räder (11, 12, 19) und/oder Wange/n wirkende Kettentriebe (10) erfolgt. - Vorrichtung zur maschinellen Feststoffseparation nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßder Antrieb über auf die Räder und/oder Wange/n wirkende Kardanwellen erfolgt. - Vorrichtung zur maschinellen Feststoffseparation nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßdie Bewegungsbahn von der Null-Lage zur höheren Stufe und zurück in ihre äußersten Stellungen die durch den feststehenden Rost (7) aufgespannte Ebene um nicht mehr als die doppelte Stufenhöhe der Stufenrechenstäbe verläßt. - Vorrichtung zur maschinellen Feststoffseparation nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßdie Wange/n (13) außenseitig an das/die seitliche Rahmenteil/e (3, 4) angelenkt ist/sind. - Vorrichtung zur maschinellen Feststoffseparation nach Anspruch 3 und/oder 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßdie Wange/n in einer Seitenansicht gesehen im wesentlichen in derselben Lage wie die Stufenrechenstäbe (6') des beweglichen Rostes (6) vorhanden sind.
