Claims (7)
- SUB-D-Steckverbinder mit Abschirmung für einen zu einer Leiterplatte (18) senkrechten Einbau, mit einem Kontakte (4) aufnehmenden ein- oder mehrteiligen Isolierkörper (1, 2) und einem metallischen Schirmkäfig (7), der den Isolierkörper (1, 2) umschließt und mit einem in Tiefziehtechnik hergestellten turmartigen Vorblech (8) und an dem der Steckseite abgewandten Ende des Vorblechs (8) mit einer planen Deckenwand (9) ausgebildet ist,
gekennzeichnet durch folgende weitere Merkmale:a) an den Rändern der Deckenwand (9) sind um 90° zur Deckenwand Seitenwände (14, 14, 16, 17) abgebogen, die bis zur Leiterplatte (18) reichen und den Isolierkörper (1, 2) seitlich umschließen,b) der metallische Schirmkäfig (7) mit Vorblech (8), Deckenwand (9) und Seitenwänden (14, 15, 16, 17) besteht aus einem einstückigen Blechteil, bei dem die Deckenwand (9) und die davon abgebogenen Seitenwände (14, 15, 16, 17) eine schachtelförmige Kavität bilden,c) der Isolierkörper (1, 2) ist vollständig in der Kavität aufgenommen und bis auf die Steckseite und die der Steckseite gegenüberliegende, der Leiterplatte (18) zugekehrte Unterseite abgeschirmt und ortsfest zwischen der Leiterplatte (18) und dem Schirmkäfig (7) gefangen. - Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwei einander gegenüberliegende Seitenwände (14, 16) des Schirmkäfigs (7) mit freigeschnittenen Blechlaschen (13) ausgebildet sind, welche am Isolierkörper (2) verklammert sind.
- Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Deckenwand (9) des Schirmkäfigs (7) mit zwei Löchern (11, 12) seitlich des Vorblechs (8) versehen und der Schirmkäfig (7) und mit ihm der gesamte Steckverbinder mittels diese Löcher (11, 12) und die Leiterplatte (18) durchdringender Befestigungselemente (5), zum Beispiel in Form von Schrauben, an der Leiterplatte (18) befestigt ist.
- Steckverbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die der Leiterplatte (18) zugewandten Ränder der Seitenwände (14, 15, 16, 17) des Schirmkäfigs (7a) mit vorstehenden, starren Zacken (23) ausgebildet sind.
- Steckverbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die der Leiterplatte (18) zugewandten Ränder der Seitenwände (14, 15, 16, 17) des Schirmkäfigs (7b) mit Federelementen (24) ausgebildet sind.
- Steckverbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an den der Leiterplatte (18) zugewandten Rändern der Seitenwände (14, 15, 16, 17) des Schirmkäfigs (7c) in Richtung auf die Leiterplatte (18) abstehende Löt- oder Einpreßstifte (27) vorgesehen sind.
- Steckverbinder nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen dem Schirmkäfig (7) und der Leiterplatte (18) ein Kontaktblech (28) angeordnet ist.
