Description
Claims (10)
- Schneckenpresse zum Extrudieren plastisch verformbarer Stoffe, bei der in einem zweigeteilten Zylinder, koaxial zu dessen Längsachse eine Schnecke angeordnet ist und ein Verschleißeinsatz an der Innenwandung des zweigeteilten Zylinders anliegend, angeordnet ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß an mindestens einem der beiden Zylinderteile (1, 2) parallel zur Längsachse (3) in das Zylinderinnere hineinragend, ein Flansch (7) vorhanden ist, an dessen parallelen Längsflächen jeweils eine Stirnfläche des Verschleißeinsatzes (4, 5) anliegt. - Schneckenpresse nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens ein zweiter Flansch (7) vorhanden ist, wobei an den parallelen Längsflächen der Flansche (7) die Stirnflächen eines mehrteiligen Verschleißeinsatzes (4, 5) anliegen. - Schneckenpresse nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in dem/den Flansch(en) (7) entlang mindestens einer der parallelen Längsflächen, Ausformungen ausgebildet sind, in die die entsprechend ausgebildete(n) Stirnfläche(n) des Verschleißeinsatzes oder der Verschleißeinsätze (4, 5) formschlüssig eingreifen. - Schneckenpresse nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der/die Verschleißeinsatz/Verschleißeinsätze (4, 5) mit Befestigungsmitteln (10), ein axiales Verschieben verhindernd, in den Zylinderteilen (1, 2) gehalten ist. - Schneckenpresse nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Innenwandung der Zylinderhälften (1, 2) zumindest teilweise konturiert ist, in die eine an der der äußeren Mantelfläche des Verschleißeinsatzes (4, 5) ausgebildete Kontur formschlüssig eingreift. - Schneckenpresse nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Flansche (7) um 180° gegenüberliegend an den beiden Zylinderteilen (1, 2) angeordnet sind. - Schneckenpresse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der jeweils anderen Zylinderhälfte (1 oder 2) ebenfalls achsparallel ein zweiter Flansch (6) ausgebildet ist, der in geschlossener Stellung des Zylinders parallel am gegenüberliegenden Flansch (7) anliegt.
- Schneckenpresse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in jeweils mindestens einem der Flansche (6 oder 7) achsparallel ein Dichtelement (11) angeordnet ist.
- Schneckenpresse nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß für einen Eingriff der Dichtelemente (11), im jeweils gegenüberliegenden Flansch (6 oder 7) eine dazu achsparallele Ausformung ausgebildet ist, in der die Dichtelemente (11) zumindest teilweise in geschlossener Stellung des Zylinders aufgenommen sind.
- Schneckenpresse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest einer der Flansche (7) an einer Seite des Zylinders (1, 2) mit einem Gelenk gehalten und an der anderen Seite mit einem Befestigungsmittel arretierbar ist.
