Claims (10)
- Venturidüse zum Mischen von Gas- und Verbrennungsluft für einen Gasbrenner, wobei die Innenwand des Auslaßtrichters (2) der Venturidüse eine Vielzahl von Erhebungen (7) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Querschnitt der Erhebungen von der Anströmseite (8) zur Abströmseite hin zunimmt, wobei die Anströmseite (8) spitz oder abgerundet ist.
- Venturidüse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abströmseite der Erhebungen (7) eine als Abreißkante ausgebildete rückwärtige Fläche (9) hat.
- Venturidüse nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Erhebungen (7) in mehreren, in Strömungsrichtung hintereinanderliegenden Ringen (7a, 7b, 7c) vorgesehen und die Erhebungen benachbarter Ringe auf Lücke angeordnet sind.
- Venturidüse nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Erhebungen (7) benachbarter Ringe (7a, 7b, 7c) in Strömungsrichtung einander überlappen.
- Venturidüse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Erhebungen (7) keilförmig sind.
- Venturidüse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die größte Höhe der einzelnen Erhebungen (7) nicht mehr als 6% des Düsenradius am offenen Ende (10) des Auslaßtrichters (2) beträgt.
- Venturidüse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Höhe der einzelnen Erhebungen (7) vom zuströmseitigen Endteil (5) des Auslaßtrichters (2) zu seinem offenen Ende (10) hin zunimmt.
- Venturidüse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeich net, daß die Breite der einzelnen Erhebungen (7) vom zuströmseitigen Endteil (5) des Auslaßtrichters (2) zu seinem offenen Ende (10) des Auslaßtrichters (2) hin zunimmt.
- Venturidüse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Erhebungen (7) in den Mantel des Auslaßtrichters (2) eingeprägt sind.
- Venturidüse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen dem Endteil (4) des der Luftzufuhr dienenden Einlaßtrichters (1) und dem ihm zugewandten Ende (5) des Auslaßtrichters (2) ein der Gaszufuhr dienender Ringspalt (6) gebildet ist.
