Description

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Klapptischbeschlag für bei Nichtgebrauch des Tisches einklappbare Tischbeine gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Patentanspruchs 1.
Ein solcher Klapptischbeschlag ist aus DE 30 11 270 A1 für einen Tragboden eines Behälters bekannt. Dabei werden die ausgeklappten Beine in Richtung der Einklappbewegung durch einen federnden Riegel nur kraftschlüssig verriegelt, indem der Riegel in eine gerundete Ausnehmung lediglich durch Eigenfederung kraftschlüssig einrastet. Wird eine solche Rasteinrichtung bei einem Tisch verwendet, der in Gebrauchsstellung bei Herrichtung von beispielsweise Konferenz- oder Festräumlichkeiten oft hin und her geschoben wird, so ist diese nur kraftschlüssige Verriegelung der Tischbeine eine nicht zu unterschätzende Gefahr, weil dabei die Verriegelung aufgehoben und das entsprechende Tischbein einklappen kann, was zu Verletzungen von Personen führen kann. Die bekannte Verriegelung ist zwar relativ einfach in der Konstruktion, aber, wie dargestellt, nicht sicher genug für die Anwendung bei Tischen.
Eine ähnliche Anordnung ist auch aus FR-E-50523 bekannt. Auch bei diesem bekannten Klapptischbeschlag ist ein sicherer Halt der Tischbeine nicht gewährleistet, wenn der Tisch geschoben wird, so daß sich die nur kraftschlüssige Verriegelung lösen kann.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen konstruktiv noch einfacheren, aber weitaus sichereren Klapptischbeschlag zu schaffen, der ebenfalls ein selbsttätiges Verriegeln und Entriegeln der Tischbeine ermöglicht und, da der Beschlag jedem einzelnen Tischbein zugeordnet ist, bei praktisch allen Arten und Formen von Klapptischen anwendbar ist.
Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß durch die Kennzeichnungsmerkmale des Patentanspruchs 1 gelöst.
Zweckmäßige Weiterbildungen der Erfindung sind den Unteransprüchen zu entnehmen.
Der besondere Vorteil des erfindungsgemäßen Klapptischbeschlages ist darin zu sehen, daß der Fallriegel ohne jegliche Betätigung von Auslöseelementen von selbst in eine Position fällt, die das jeweilige Tischbein in der Gebrauchsstellung blockiert, und daß beim Einstapeln des Tisches der Fallriegel von selbst wieder in eine Position fällt, in der er das Tischbein freigibt. Dies ergibt eine einfache Bedienung, die auch Zeit spart.
Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung sowie verschiedene Anwendungsbeispiele derselben sind in den Zeichnungen dargestellt. Dabei zeigen

Fig. 1 zeigt den Klapptischbeschlag für ein Tischbein 1 in Gebrauchsstellung, d.h. bei aufgestelltem Tisch 2. Unter einer Tischplatte 3 des Tisches 2 ist für jeden Beschlag, d.h. für jedes Tischbein 1, ein Lagerbauteil 4 befestigt, das aus einem U-förmig gebogenen Blech bestehen kann. Im Lagerbauteil 4 ist das Tischbein 1 um eine Achse 5 schwenkbar gelagert. In der in Fig. 1 dargestellten Gebrauchsstellung des Tisches 2 liegt das innerhalb des Lagerbauteils 4 befindliche Ende des Tischbeins 1 an einem als Gegenlager für einen Fallriegel 6 dienenden Anschlag 7 an, während der Fallriegel 6, der beim Aufklappen des Tischbeins 1 durch Schwerkraft selbsttätig in Richtung des Pfeiles 8 schwenkt, das Tischbein 1 an einer Schrägfläche 9 desselben verriegelt. Dabei steht das Tischbein 1 etwas schräg nach außen gespreizt, d.h. bildet auf der dem Fallriegel 6 und der Schrägfläche 9 gegenüberliegenden Seite mit der Tischplatte 3 einen Winkel von etwas mehr als 90°. Der Fallriegel 6 ist um eine Achse 10 schwenkbar gelagert.
In Fig. 2 ist in vollen Linien die Stapelstellung des Tischbeins 1 dargestellt. Zum Stapeln des Tisches 2 mit gleichartigen Tischen wird der Tisch 2 mit der Tischplatte 3 nach unten gedreht. Dabei schwenkt der Fallriegel 6 wiederum infolge der Schwerkraft in Richtung des Pfeiles 11 in die Entriegelungsstellung (in vollen Linien dargestellt). Die Verriegelungsstellung von Tischbein 1 und Fallriegel 6 ist in Fig. 2 gestrichelt dargestellt.
Wie aus den Fig. 1 und 2 erkennbar, sorgt der Anschlag 7 für das Tischbein 1 dafür, daß beim Umdrehen des Tisches 2 der Fallriegel 6 nicht zu früh die Verriegelung des Tischbeins 1 freigibt, so daß es unter Umständen zu Verletzungen kommen kann.
Zum Entriegeln genügt ein leichtes Drücken am freien Ende des Tischbeins 1 zur Außenkante der Tischplatte 3 hin, so daß der Fallriegel 6 durch sein Eigengewicht aus der Verriegelungsstellung herausschwenkt und das Tischbein 1 dann umlegt werden kann. Zur Vermeidung von Beschädigungen der Tischplatte 3 des nächsthöheren Tisches 1 im Stapel von Tischen ist an jedem Tischbein 1 z.B. in der Nähe der Schrägfläche 9 ein Stapelpuffer 13 vorgesehen.
Wie bereits eingangs erwähnt, kann der Klapptischbeschlag, der für jedes Tischbein 1 der gleiche ist und daher kostengünstig hergestellt werden kann, bei allen möglichen und denkbaren Tischformen zur Anwendung kommen. Einige Anwendungsbeispiele zeigen die Fig. 3 bis 14.
Die Fig. 3 bis 6 zeigen rechteckige bzw. quadratische Formen der Tischplatte 3, wobei in den Fig. 3, 4 und 6 die Tischbeine 1 eingeklappt dargestellt sind. Fig. 5 zeigt den quadratischen Tisch der Fig. 6 im aufgestellten Zustand und läßt erkennen, daß der Klapptischbeschlag mit einer Kunststoffkappe 14 unter Freilassung des Schwenkweges des Tischbeins 1 versehen werden kann, so daß die gesamte Mechanik des Klapptischbeschlages sauber verkleidet ist.
Fig. 7 zeigt die eingeklappten Tischbeine 1 bei einem Tisch 2 mit runder Tischplatte 3. In Fig. 8 ist die Anordnung an einem Tisch 2 mit halbrunder Tischplatte 3 dargestellt.
Fig. 9 zeigt die eingeklappten Tischbeine 1 an einer Tischplatte 3 von dreieckig abgerundeter Form und Fig. 10 eine viertelkreisförmige Tischplatte 3.
Fig. 11 zeigt in Seitenansicht einen aufgestellten Tisch 2 mit T-förmig ausgebildeten Tischbeinen 1a, die in Fig. 12 im eingeklappten Zustand dargestellt sind. In Fig. 13 ist die Ansicht in Richtung des Pfeiles 15 in Fig. 11 dargestellt. Bei diesen T-förmig ausgebildeten Tischbeinen 1a oder 1b (siehe Fig. 14) ist jedes obere Ende der Holme der Tischbeine 1a, 1b in dem gleichen beschriebenen Klapptischbeschlag (Fig. 1 und 2) gelagert.

Claims (3)

  1. Klapptischbeschlag für bei Nichtgebrauch des Tisches (2) einklappbare Tischbeine (1) die in einem unter der Tischplatte (3) befestigten Lagerbauteil (4) schwenkbar gelagert und in Gebrauchsstellung des Tisches verriegelbar sind, wobei in dem Lagerbauteil ein Riegel (6) vorgesehen ist, der beim Aufklappen des Tischbeins in Gebrauchsstellung des Tisches das Tischbein gegen einen als Gegenlager dienenden Anschlag (7) selbsttätig verriegelt und das Tischbein bei Bewegung desselben in die Stapelstellung freigibt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Riegel als Fallriegel (6) ausgebildet ist, der in dem Lagerbauteil (4) frei schwenkbar gelagert ist, beim Aufklappen des Tischbeins (1) in Gebrauchsstellung des Tisches (2) durch Schwerkraft das Tischbein (1) gegen den Anschlag (7) formschlüssig verriegelt bar ist und bei in Stapelstellung gebrachtem Tisch (2) bei leichtem Drücken des Tischbeins (1) gegen den Anschlag (7) durch Schwerkraft aus entriejelbar seiner Verriegelungsstellung fällt.
  2. Klapptischbeschlag nach Anspruch 1, bei dem das Tischbein (1) in Gebrauchsstellung des Tisches (2) auf der dem Riegel (6) gegenüberliegenden Seite mit der Tischplatte (3) einen Winkel von etwas mehr als 90° bildet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Tischbein (1) eine dem Fallriegel (6) zugewandte selbstsperrende Schrägfläche (9) für die formschlüssige Verriegelung des Fallriegels (6) in Gebrauchsstellung des Tisches (2) aufweist.
  3. Klapptischbeschlag nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, gekennzeichnet durch Stapelpuffer (13) an den Tischbeinen (1), z.B. in der Nähe der jeweiligen Schrägfläche (9).
