Description
Claims (6)
- Atmosphärischer, wassergekühlter Gasbrenner mit mindestens zwei nebeneinander angeordneten Brennerelementen, die je mindestens einen Strömungskörpern (10) haben mit einer injektorartig aufgeweiteten Einlassöffnung (16), einem sich diffusorartig erweiternden Mischkanal und einer Verteilerkammer (22), ferner mit einer Brennzone, in welcher über den Verteilerkammern liegende Flammenaustrittsöffnungen angeordnet sind und welche in wärmeleitender Verbindung mit kühlwasserführenden Kühlkanälen (42, 44) steht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Brennzone von einer getrennt von den Strömungskörpern (10) ausgeführten, sich über alle Strömungskörper (10) erstreckenden Brennerplatte (12) realisiert ist, die mit Haltemitteln (50) für die Strömungskörper (10) versehen ist und an der die Kühlkanäle (42, 44) angeordnet sind.
- Gasbrenner nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kühlkanäle (42, 44) zwischen der Brennerplatte (12) selbst und vorzugsweise an deren Unterseite befestigten, entsprechend geformten Blechteilen (30, 32) gebildet sind.
- Gasbrenner nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die die Kühlkanäle (42, 44) begrenzenden Blechteile (30, 32) zu einer mit Aussparungen für die Strömungskörper (10) versehenen Gitterplatte verbunden sind.
- Gasbrenner nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß miteinander verbundene Kühlkanäle (42, 44) durch Aufweiten entsprechender Wandbereiche der aneinanderliegenden Platten (12, 30, 32) mittels eines unter Druck zugeführten Fluids hergestellt sind.
- Gasbrenner nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Haltemittel für die Strömungskörper (10) durch abgewinkelte Randbereiche (50) der Blechteile (30) gebildet sind.
- Gasbrenner nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf die Brennerplatte (12) eine Keramikschicht aufgebracht ist.
