Abstract

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen atmosphärischen, wassergekühlten Gasbrenner, mit mindestens zwei nebeneinander angeordneten Brennerelementen, die je mindestens eine injektorartig aufgeweitete Einlaßöffnung, einen sich diffusorartig erweiternden Mischkanal und eine Verteilerkammer haben, ferner mit einer Brennzone, in welcher über den Verteilerkammern liegende Flammenaustrittsöffnungen vorgesehen sind und die in wärmeleitender Verbindung mit kühlwasserführenden Kanälen steht.
Es wird vorgeschlagen, daß die Brennerelemente als reine Strömungskörper (10) ausgebildet sind und die Brennzone an einer getrennt von den Strömungskörpern (10) ausgeführten, sich über alle Strömungskörper (10) erstreckenden Brennerplatte (12) realisiert ist, die mit Haltemitteln (50) für die Strömungskörper (10) verbunden ist und an welcher die das Kühlwasser führenden Känale (42, 44) angeordnet sind.
Dadurch ergibt sich ein einfacher und kostengünstiger Aufbau des Gasbrenners, der sich durch eine besonders gute Kühlwirkung auszeichnet.
