Claims (4)
- Axial verschiebbarer Kolben zum Einsatz in einem Giesszylinder einer Druckgiessmaschine mit einer Kolbennut (9) zur Aufnahme des Ringsteges (13) eines mit einem Schlitz (10) versehenen Dichtungsringes (11), wobei der Schlitz als Stufenschlitz ausgebildet ist, dessen Schlitzflächen (14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19) in Umfangsrichtung verlaufende und in Umfangsrichtung gegeneinander verschiebbare, dichtende Stufen-Übergangsflächen (15, 18) bilden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kolben (1) zum Einsatz in einer Warmkammer-Druckgiessmaschine ungekühlt ausgebildet ist und dass die Kolbennut (9) zwischen dem Ende eines Kolbenkörpers (2) und einem Kolbensteg (6) gebildet ist, derart dass der Dichtungsring (11) mit seinem Ringsteg (13) in die Kolbennut (9) eingreift und mit seinem Ringkörper (12) nur noch auf dem Kolbensteg (6) aufliegt.
- Kolben nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei in den Giesszylinder (3) eingesetztem Kolben (1) der Aussendurchmesser des Kolbenkörpers (2) minimal kleiner als der Aussendurchmesser des Dichtungsringes (11) und dieser minimal kleiner als der Innendurchmesser des Giesszylinders (3) ist.
- Kolben nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Dichtungsring (11) aus Federstahl besteht und in der entspannten Ruhelage einen grösseren Aussendurchmesser als der Innendurchmesser des Giesszylinders (3) aufweist.
- Kolben nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Dichtungsring (11) aus hochlegiertem, warmfesten Federstahl besteht.
