Abstract
Description
Erfahrungsgemäß hat sich gezeigt, daß die größte Baulänge immer dann beansprucht wird, oder notwendig ist, wenn der Hochdruckschlauch mit einer entsprechenden Verschraubung an die Handabschaltpistole angesetzt wird.
Damit besteht der Vorteil, daß der Drehpunkt des Schwenklagers des Betätigungshebels in das möglichst obere, äußere und vordere Ende des Gehäuses der Handabschaltpistole gelegt werden kann, um einen möglichst großen Betätigungsweg für den Betätigungshebel zu erreichen. Der Betätigungshebel hat eine verhältnismäßig lange Handhabe, die weit vom

Claims (11)
- Handabschaltpistole für Hochdruckreinigungsgeräte mit einer Abschaltventileinrichtung die von einem Betätigungshebel betätigt wird und in welche das Hochdruckmedium über einen Einlaßkanal eingeleitet wird und diese über einen Auslaßkanal verläßt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hochdruckschlauch (4) nicht in das Griffstück der Handabschaltpistole (1), sondern unter Umgehung des Griffstücks in das Gehäuse (5) eingeleitet wird.
- Handabschaltpistole für Hochdruckreinigungsgeräte nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hochdruckschlauch (4) vor dem Handstück in das Gehäuse (5) auf der Seite, welche der Auslaßkammer (31) zugewandt ist, eingebracht wird.
- Handabschaltpistole für Hochdruckreinigungsgeräte nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hochdruckschlauch (4) im wesentlichen parallel zur Handhabe (38) des Betätigungshebels (15) in das Gehäuse (5) eingebracht wird.
- Handabschaltpistole für Hochdruckreinigungsgeräte nach einem der Ansprüche 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hochdruckschlauch (4) von unten her in das Gehäuse (5) der Handabschaltpistole (1) eingebracht wird.
- Handabschaltpistole für Hochdruckreinigungsgeräte nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß außerhalb des Gehäuses (5) eine abnehmbare Knickschutzeinrichtung vorgesehen ist, die im wesentlichen aus einer den Hochdruckschlauch (4) umgebenden Knickschutzhülse (2), einer Preßhülse (20) und einem Einpreßnippel (18) besteht, wobei der Hochdruckschlauch (4) innerhalb der Knickschutzhülse (2) mittels der Preßhülse (20) auf dem Einpreßnippel (18) dichtend gehalten wird.
- Handabschaltpistole für Hochdruckreinigungsgeräte nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die den Hochdruckschlauch (4) umgebende Knickschutzhülse (2) im Eintrittsbereich des Hochdruckschlauchs (4) eine sich tulpenförmig nach außen öffnende Aufnahmeöffnung (3) aufweist.
- Handabschaltpistole für Hochdruckreinigungsgeräte nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß innerhalb der Knickschutzhülse (2) eine Befestigungsmutter (19) fest angeordnet ist.
- Handabschaltpistole für Hochdruckreinigungsgeräte nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Befestigungsmutter (19) in der Knickschutzhülse (2) mit einem zugeordneten Stift drehgesichert arretiert ist.
- Handabschaltpistole für Hochdruckreinigungsgeräte nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Einpreßnippel (18) sich an der Befestigungsmutter (19) und am Ventilkörper (36) mit den Dichtungsmitteln (39, 40) dichtend und verdrehbar anlegt.
- Handabschaltpistole für Hochdruckreinigungsgeräte nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Betätigungshebel (15) in einem Schwenklager (33) schwenkbar gelagert ist und durch dieses Schwenklager (33) der Betätigungshebel (15) in eine lange Handhabe (38) und einen kurzen Krafthebel (37) zweiarmig aufgeteilt wird, wobei der Metalleinsatz im Betätigungshebel (15), der auf den Ventilstößel (13) wirkt, sich auf der Seite des Krafthebels (37) befindet.
- Handabschaltpistole für Hochdruckreinigungsgeräte nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Außenumfang des Ventilschafts (22) eine ringsumlaufende Ausnehmung (32) vorhanden ist, welche unabhängig von der Drehstellung des Ventilschafts (22) einen Minimalwasserstrom in die Auslaßkammer (31) gewährleistet.
