Claims (13)
- Garnträger zum Aufwickeln eines Garnes, mit einer um eine Längsachse (12) gekrümmten Umfangsfläche, einer am Umfang senkrecht zur Längsachse verlaufenden länglichen Fangausnehmung (3) zum Fangen des Garnes und mit einem sich an die Fangausnehmung anschließenden, in Umfangsrichtung verlaufenden, im Querschnitt V-förmigen Klemmschlitz (4) zum Festklemmen des Garnes,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Längswandungen (11) der Fangausnehmung (3) in radialer Richtung senkrecht zur Längsachse (12) verlaufen und zueinander einen Abstand aufweisen, der größer als die Dicke des Garnes ist,daß sich die Fangausnehmung (3) vom Klemmschlitz (4) aus mindestens bis zu der Stelle erstreckt, an der eine durch den tiefsten Punkt (8) des Klemmschlitzes (4) am Übergang zur Fangausnehmung (3) verlaufende Tangente (7) den Umfang des Garnträgers (1) schneidet, unddaß sich die Tiefe der Fangausnehmung (3) überall mindestens bis zu einer gedachten Geraden (9) erstreckt, die vom Beginn der Fangausnehmung (3) am Umfang des Garnträgers (1) bis zum tiefsten Punkt (8) des Klemmschlitzes (4) am Übergang zur Fangausnehmung (3) verläuft. - Garnträger nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Fangausnehmung (3) überall die gleiche Tiefe aufweist. - Garnträger nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Fangausnehmung (3) am Übergang zum Klemmschlitz (4) eine größere Tiefe als dieser aufweist. - Garnträger nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß er als hülsenförmiger Hohlkörper ausgeführt und die Fangausnehmung (3) als Fenster (10) in der Garnträgerwandung (6) ausgebildet ist. - Garnträger nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß sich die Fangausnehmung (3) über 45° bis 60° und der Klemmschlitz (4) über mindestens 90° des Umfangs erstrecken. - Garnträger nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß sich die Fangausnehmung (3) in ihren Endbereichen verjüngt und ansonsten eine konstante Breite aufweist. - Garnträger nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Breite der Fangausnehmung (3) lmm bis 2,5 mm beträgt. - Garnträger nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß sich die Tiefe des Klemmschlitzes (4) über ungefähr die halbe Dicke der Garnträgerwandung (6) erstreckt. - Garnträger nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Breite (B) des Klemmschlitzes (4) in dessen halber Höhe im nichtauseinandergedrückten Zustand 0 mm bis 0,2 mm beträgt. - Garnträger nach Anspruch 6 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Fangausnehmung (3) durch die Verjüngung kontinuierlich in den Klemmschlitz (4) übergeht. - Garnträger nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß eine Garnreserve (5) vorgesehen ist und die Fangausnehmung (3) und der Klemmschlitz (4) im Bereich der Garnreserve angeordnet sind. - Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Garnträgers nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11 mit einer Fangausnehmung und einem Klemmschlitz, wobei die Fangausnehmung (3) und der Klemmschlitz (4) nacheinander mit Rundmessern in den Umfang des Garnträgers (1) eingeschnitten werden.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Garnträgers nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 11, bei dem der Klemmschlitz (4) mit einem Rundmesser in den Umfang des Garnträgers (1) eingeschnitten und das Fenster (10) in die Garnträgerwandung (6) gestanzt wird.
