Claims (14)
- Seitenfaltenbeutel oder -sack aus flexiblem Material für schüttfähiges Füllgut, bei dem entlang dem oberen Rand (3) seines Kopfendes (2) die Beutelvorder- und -rückwand (5,6) innenseitig nahtförmig miteinander bzw. mit der jeweils angrenzenden Seitenfaltenhälfte verbunden sind und zur Bildung einer Ausschüttöffnung (15) eine der Innenfaltkante (12) einer (7) der beiden Seitenfalten (7,8) zugeordnete Handhabe (16) am oberen Beutelrand (3) zum Herausziehen der Seitenfalte (7) unter Lösen der Verbindungsnaht (13) zwischen Beutelvorder- und -rückwand (5,6) und der jeweils angrenzenden Seitenfaltenhälfte (7a,7b) vorgesehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zum Wiederverschließen der Ausschüttöffnung (15) beidseits der Innenfaltkante (12) zwei dreieckförmige Eckzipfel (19,20) von der Beutelvorder- und -rückwand (5,6) zusammen mit der jeweils angrenzenden Seitenfaltenhälfte (7a,7b) gebildet sind, die jeweils entlang einer Diagonalfaltlinie (21,22) nach außen auf die Beutelvorderwand (5) bzw. die Beutelrückwand (6) umfaltbar und lösbar auf dieser festlegbar sind.
- Seitenfaltenbeutel oder -sack nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Eckzipfel (19,20) durch ein auf die Außenseite der Beutelvorderwand (5) und der Beutelrückwand (6) im Bereich der zwischen diese eingelegten Seitenfalte (7) aufgebrachtes Haftmittel lösbar auf der Beutelvorder- bzw. -rückwand (5,6) festlegbar sind.
- Seitenfaltenbeutel oder -sack nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Haftmittel formatmäßig an vorgegebenen Punkten auf der Beutelvorder- und -rückwand (5,6) beidseits der Diagonalfaltkante (21,22) der Eckzipfel (19,20) angeordnet ist.
- Seitenfaltenbeutel oder -sack nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Haftmittelanordnung auf den Bereich der Dreieckspitzen der Eckzipfel (19,20) und der von diesen umgefaltet abgedeckten kongruenten Dreiecke (25) der Beutelvorder- bzw. -rückwand (5,6) begrenzt ist.
- Seitenfaltenbeutel oder -sack nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Haftmittelanordnungen durch das Umfalten der Eckzipfel (19,20) auf die Beutelvorder- bzw. -rückwand (5,6) in haftungsvermittelnde gegenseitige Deckung bringbar sind.
- Seitenfaltenbeutel oder -sack nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Haftmittel von Abschnitten (23,24) eines Klettverschlußbandes gebildet ist.
- Seitenfaltenbeutel oder -sack nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Haftmittel von Aufträgen (23,24) eines Haftklebstoffes gebildet ist.
- Seitenfaltenbeutel oder -sack nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Eckzipfel (19,20) durch einen im Bereich der Seitenfalte (7) mit dem Beutelmaterial verbundenen Zuschnitt (26) eines Verstärkungsmaterials ausgesteift sind.
- Seitenfaltenbeutel oder -sack nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verstärkungsmaterialzuschnitt (26) mit der Innenseite des Beutelmaterials verbunden ist und auf seiner dem Beutelinneren zugewandten Innenseite eine heißsiegelfähige Schicht trägt, mit der eine leicht aufschälbare Heißsiegelverbindung mit der Innenseite des angrenzenden Bereichs der Beutelvorder- bzw. -rückwand (5,6) herstellbar ist.
- Seitenfaltenbeutel oder -sack nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Handhabe (16) von einem beidseits der Innenfaltkante (12) der Seitenfalte (7) angeordneten Vorsprung (17) eines Materialverbundes gebildet ist, der aus dem eigentlichen Beutelmaterial und dem Verstärkungsmaterialzuschnitt (26) zusammengesetzt ist.
- Seitenfaltenbeutel oder -sack nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Vorsprung (17) zum Wiederverschließen der Ausschüttöffnung (15) bei umgefalteten Eckzipfeln (19,20) seinerseits auf die angrenzenden oberen Randkanten (3) des Beutelkopfendes (2), diese rittlings übergreifend, umklappbar ist.
- Seitenfaltenbeutel oder -sack nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Handhabe (16) von je einem Ausschnitt (27) der Beutelvorder- und -rückwand (5,6) im oberen Rand (3) des Beutelkopfes (2) gebildet ist, derart, daß die Ausschnitte (27) einen oberen inneren Eckbereich (28) der Seitenfalte (7) beidseits ihrer Innenfaltkante (12) für ein Erfassen von Hand freilegen.
- Seitenfaltenbeutel oder -sack nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Ausschnitte (27) ein flaches Rinnenprofil mit im wesentlichen ebenen Ausschnittkanten im mittleren Profilbereich beidseits der Innenfaltkante (12) der Seitenfalte (7) aufweisen.
- Seitenfaltenbeutel oder -sack nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der obere innere Eckbereich (28) der Seitenfalte (7) zum Wiederverschließen der Ausschüttöffnung (15) bei umgefalteten Eckzipfeln (19,20) auf die ebenen Ausschnittkanten, diese rittlings übergreifend, umklappbar ist.
