Claims (13)
- Werkzeug zur materialabtragenden Bearbeitung eines Werkstücks umfassendeinen im wesentlichen rotationssymmetrischen Werkzeugkörper (1, 2, 3),an dessen Mantelfläche (5) materialabtragende Mittel (10) angebracht sind undder eine konzentrische Antriebswelle (4) oder eine Aufnahme (3) für eine konzentrische Antriebswelle (4) zur Übertragung eines Drehmoments auf die Mantelfläche (5) des Werkzeugkörpers (1, 2, 3) aufweist,
der Werkzeugkörper einen äußeren zylindrischen Kranz (1), eine Nabe (3) und eine Einrichtung (2) zum Verbinden des Kranzes (1) mit der Nabe (3) umfaßt,
wobei in axialer Richtung die Randbereiche des Kranzes (2) freitragend sind und die Mantelfläche (5) relativ zur Antriebswelle (4)_neigbar, insbesondere selbstrückstellend neigbar ist. - Werkzeug nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Einrichtung (2) zum Verbinden des Kranzes (1) mit der Nabe (3) im wesentlichen scheiben- und/oder speichenförmig ausgebildet ist. - Werkzeug nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,

der Werkzeugkörper (1, 2, 3) aus einem Stück hergestellt ist. - Werkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der Werkzeugkörper (1, 2, 3) aus einem elastischen Kunststoff hergestellt ist. - Werkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Einrichtung (2) zum Verbinden des Kranzes (1) mit der Nabe (3) in radialer Richtung selbstrückstellend verformbar ist. - Werkzeug nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Werkzeugkörper (1, 2, 3) im wesentlichen als elastischer Zylinder (11) ausgebildet ist und in den Werkzeugkörper ein umlaufender Gürtel (12) eingebettet ist.
- Werkzeug nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, ferner umfassend mindestens eine seitliche Führungsscheibe (13).
- Werkzeug nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Werkzeugkörper (1, 2, 3) zur Aufnahme von Schleifmitteln (10) auf einer Unterlage (14), insbesondere in Ring- oder Hülsenform ausgebildet ist,
wobei der Körper aus einem weichen Kunststoff oder Elastomer hergestellt ist und in diesem Körper mindestens auf einer Stirnseite eine Stahlkante (13) angebracht oder eingearbeitet ist, welche gleichzeitig als Verschleißschutz für den Werkzeugkörper (1, 2, 3) als auch als Seitenführung für das Schleifmittel (10) dient. - Werkzeug nach Anspruch 10, wobei
auf der zweiten Stirnseite des Werkzeugkörpers durch eine lose eingelegte Stahlscheibe (16) ebenfalls ein Verschleißschutz für den Werkzeugkörper und gleichzeitig eine Seitenführung für das Schleifmittel erzeugt ist. - Werkzeug nach Anspruch 10 oder 11, wobei
das Schleifmittel (10) nach dem Einsatz einfach durch axiales Verschieben gewechselt werden kann. - Werkzeug nach Anspruch 10, 11 oder 12, wobei
der Werkzeugkörper trotz eingebauter Stahlkante (13, 16) noch eine Flexibilität aufweist, welche das Anschmiegen des Schleifmittels (10) an die zu bearbeitende Fläche erlaubt.
