Claims (26)
- Wendevorrichtung für auf einem Boden (6) aufgebrachte Schlämme und Dispersionen mit einer der Fortbewegung der Wendevorrichtung (8) dienenden, motorisch angetriebenen Antriebseinrichtung (16) und mit einem Verteilwerkzeug (17),wobei mindestens eine Antriebseinrichtung (16) und mindestens ein Verteilwerkzeug (17) durch einen Rahmen (12) gelenkig miteinander verbunden sind,die Antriebseinrichtung sich in ständigem Kontakt mit den Schlämmen und Dispersionen befindet, unddie Wendevorrichtung (8) sich über dem Boden (6) bewegt,daß an der Wendevorrichtung Schalteinrichtungen angeordnet sind, welche von mindestens einer an dem Rand des Bodens (6) angeordneten Begrenzungseinrichtung (7) durch Berührung der Wendevorrichtung mit der Begrenzungseinrichtung betätigt werden, wodurch die Bewegungsrichtung und Bewegungsgeschwindigkeit der Wendevorrichtung (8) auf stochastisch bestimmten oder vorgegebenen Bahnen steuer- oder regelbar sind.
- Wendevorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß das Verteilwerkzeug (17; Egge, Pflug) feststehend am Rahmen (12) angeordnet ist.
- Wendevorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß das Verteilwerkzeug (17; Hacke, Förder-Schnecke) motorisch angetrieben ist.
- Wendevorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß Arbeitsgeschwindigkeit und Arbeitsrichtung des Verteilwerkzeugs (17) regel- oder steuerbar sind.
- Wendevorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß Antriebseinrichtung (16) und ggf. Verteilwerkzeug (17) elektrisch angetrieben werden.
- Wendevorrichtung (8) nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Wendevorrichtung (8) über eine am Gebäude (1) angebrachte Nachführeinrichtung (11) und ein Versorgungskabel (9) mit elektrischer Energie versorgt wird.
- Wendevorrichtung (8) nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Wendevorrichtung (8) über Akkumulatoren mit elektrischer Energie versorgt wird.
- Wendevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß Antriebseinheit (16) und ggf. Verteilwerkzeug (17) zumindest mittelbar von einem Verbrennungsmotor angetrieben werden.
- Wendevorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Bahn der Wendevorrichtung (8) durch den Stoß zwischen Wendevorrichtung (8) und Begrenzungseinrichtung (7) stochastisch bestimmt wird.
- Wendevorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Bahn der Wendevorrichtung (8) durch ein zwischen den Rahmenteilen (21, 22) angeordnetes Stellglied (20) eingestellt wird.
- Wendevorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß sich die Wendevorrichtung (8) entlang festgelegter Bahnen bewegt.
- Wendevorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Bahn von einem ortsfest angeordneten Ultraschall- oder Infrarot-Sender vorgegeben und an einen an der Wendevorrichtung (8) angeordneten Empfänger übermittelt wird und,daß der Empfänger über entsprechende Stellglieder die Bewegungsrichtung der Wendevorrichtung (8) steuert.
- Wendevorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Bahnen durch im Boden (6) angeordnete Induktionsschleifen vorgegeben werden.
- Wendevorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Bahnsteuerung der Wendevorrichtung (8) mit Hilfe eines Satelliten-Navigationsgeräts erfolgt.
- Wendevorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Arbeitsbreite des Verteilwerkzeugs (17) sehr viel kleiner als Länge oder Breite des Bodens (6) ist.
- Solartrockner mit Wendevorrichtung für Schlämme oder Dispersionenmit mindestens einem, einen festen Boden (6) aufweisenden Gebäude (1) mit mindestens teilweise lichtdurchlässiger Gebäudehülle (2),mit einer Wendevorrichtung (8) für das Trockengut,mit den Boden (6) mindestens teilweise einfassenden Begreuzungseinrichtungen (7),daß die Wendevorrichtung (8) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15 vorgesehen ist.
- Solartrockner nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der Boden (6) Absetzabschnitte (4) und Trockenabschnitte (5) aufweist.
- Solartrockner nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der Absetzabschnitt (4) aus Ein-Korn-Beton besteht und,daß die durch den Absetzabschnitt (4) abfließende Flüssigkeit gefaßt wird.
- Solartrockner nach einem der Ansprüche 16 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Begrenzungsseiten der Absetzabschnitte (4) im wesentlichen parallel zu den Außenkanten des Bodens (6) verlaufen.
- Solartrockner nach einem der Ansprüche 16 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der Boden (6) mit landwirtschaftlichen Maschinen befahrbar ist.
- Solartrockner nach einem der Ansprüche 16 bis 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Begrenzungseinrichtungen (7) bis zu 3 m hoch sind.
- Solartrockner nach einem der Ansprüche 16 bis 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Gebäudehülle (2) einen Lufteintritt und einen Luftaustritt aufweist.
- Solartrockner nach Anspruch 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß Lufteinttritt und Luftaustritt geregelt sind.
- Solartrockner nach Anspruch 22 oder 23, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Abluft abgesaugt wird und,daß im Luftaustritt ein Abluft-Filter angeordnet ist.
- Solartrockner nach einem der Ansprüche 16 bis 24, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß im Inneren der Gebäudehülle (2) ein Luftentfeuchter angeordnet ist.
- Solartrockner nach einem der Ansprüche 16 bis 25, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß auf dem Schlamm oder den Dispersionen Pflanzen (Schilf odgl.) wachsen.
