Definitions

  • the invention relates to a device for actuating a Mechanism of a flushing device. It relates in particular to a device for actuating a closing or opening mechanism or a fixing mechanism of a flushing device.
  • the device comprises a float and a first hydraulic or pneumatic power means that a by means of Has float controllable actuator, and a second hydraulic or pneumatic power means, which is a hydraulic or pneumatically with the actuator of the first power means connected actuator, this actuator is in operative connection with the mechanism.
  • the swimmer will for example taken from a pole.
  • this Float rod is the actuator of the first power means actable.
  • a device for actuating the closing or opening mechanism the type mentioned at the outset is from DE-A-37 18 812 known.
  • the mechanism is used to operate a float-controlled Butterfly valve of a rinsing chamber for rinsing a Liquid storage space, the float in the area of Bottom of the storage space is effective.
  • the butterfly valve is hydraulic, the float rod is firmly connected to the actuator assigned to it, with what this both when lifting and lowering the float is operated.
  • the swivel-mounted float can do that sinking liquid level follow and acts over a Control rod on the rocker arm in such a way that when it is empty Storage space is freed from the support, with which the float rod suddenly swings down with weight and that Hydraulic system acted on. Hydraulic fluid gets into the enlarging space of the first hydraulic power means that is designed as a bellows, which also the space of the same formed as a bellows second hydraulic power means enlarged and its actuator the mechanism of the butterfly valve opens.
  • the disadvantage of this device is the high structural complexity in the area of the float and the high control effort. In particular, the swiveling of the swimmer must be permanent be guaranteed, otherwise the device will not work is. It should be noted that the device Mixed or wastewater is exposed to significant amounts of Contains contaminants and there is a risk that the Float bearing blocked. The flush can be triggered adjust poorly with this device.
  • EP-A-0 658 657 is a device for actuating a Fixing mechanism of a tilting rinsing device for rinsing one Canal route known.
  • the respective liquid level in the Manhole is determined by an inductive sensor and on an evaluation unit passed on when it has the complete Emptying the sewer or manhole, transmits an opening pulse to the fixing mechanism, which fixes the tilting rinsing device filled with rinsing liquid.
  • the task is solved with a device of the beginning mentioned type in that the float when lifting the Actuator of the first power means for actuating the mechanism acted against a restoring force, the float at Lowering is decoupled from the actuator of the first power means, and a valve is arranged in the connection of the two power means is that of the float for moving the actuator of the first power means or another float controlled is such that the connection when lifting the float open, with the float raised and when lowering the Float is locked and open when the float is lowered.
  • the float only when lifting with the actuator of the first power means is coupled.
  • this moves Actuator of the first power means together with the float and due to the connection with the actuator of the second power means that this is also moved and thus, for example, the locking mechanism in the sense of a Closing movement actuated or the fixing mechanism in his Fixed position transferred.
  • the locking mechanism in the sense of a Closing movement actuated or the fixing mechanism in his Fixed position transferred. Since the float when lowering from Actuator of the first power means is decoupled Even the locking mechanism does not float to its open position or the fixing mechanism is not loosened Transfer position. However, the restoring force still acts on the actuator of the first power means.
  • the valve can also be operated done by another swimmer. That auxiliary swimmer the only task is to open the fast-opening valve press while the other swimmer is pressurizing the first power means. But it is preferably a one-float control, which means it is just a float provided and this has the task, the first To apply power or a series of first power and operate the valve.
  • the actuator the second power means actuated the mechanism
  • the mechanism opens or closes and thus the flushing is free gives or closes or a fixing mechanism from it or moved into its fixing position and thus the fixing position releases or occupies. If liquid is re-stowed and thus the lifting of the swimmer (s) by means of the Actuator of the first power means, the actuator of the second Power moves and the valve is closed.
  • the one that acts on the first power means is advantageous Float connected with a float rod that swivels is stored and in operative connection with the first power means is feasible.

  • a spring or another can also Bellows, in particular another bellows, the actuator of the act on another, in particular the second power means.
  • the directions of action of the springs or bellows, especially bellows, are opposite and the spring or bellows of the further, especially the second power means is weaker than the spring or bellows of one, especially the first Power.
  • the weaker spring or weaker bellows for the purpose of closing or fixing assist them by lifting hydraulic fluid off the float pushes out of the second hydraulic power means and also the closing process of the locking mechanism or the Fixing process of the fixing mechanism supported.
  • the change the direction of action in the system can be changed simply by springs of different strengths can be achieved.
  • the device can be designed in a particularly simple construction, if the first and also the second power means a cylinder has, which is designed as a bellows, in particular bellows Takes actuator. On a rod connected to the piston grips the float rod or the closing / opening mechanism or fixing mechanism.
  • the valve is designed as a check valve, contrary to its basic blocking direction by means of the Swimmers or other swimmers, especially those with the Float or the other float provided float rod can be unlocked.
  • the check valve is therefore always in one Direction of flow of the fluid continuously, while then when it is not unlocked by the float rod, the passage of the fluid in the opposite direction prevented.
  • On such check valve requires only a small amount of construction and it is a simple connection of the hydraulics without Distributors possible. There is no need for one separate bypass to bypass the valve.
