Claims (4)
- Hubantrieb für eine automatische Stapelwechselvorrichtung einer Bogen verarbeitenden Maschine, insbesondere für eine Bogenoffsetdruckmaschine mit Non-Stop-Anleger, mit einer über einen Antrieb (7) und vorgeordneter Antriebssteuerung (12) heb- und senkbar Stapeltragplatte (6) des Anlegers und einer über einen Antrieb (11) und vorgeordneter Antriebssteuerung (13) heb- und senkbaren Hilfsstapeltragvorrichtung (3), wobei die Antriebssteuerungen (12,13) mit einer die Signale einer mit dem Stapel auf der Stapeltragplatte zusammenwirkenden Stapelhöhenabtastung (15) erfassenden Steuerung (14) in Wirkverbindung stehen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die den Antrieben (7, 11) zugeordneten Antriebssteuerungen (12, 13) als mit jeweils einem programmierbaren Rechner versehene Umrichter ausgebildet sind, dass zum synchronen Verfahren der Stapeltragplatte (6) und der Hilfsstapeltragvorrichtung (3) durch die Steuerung (14) den Antriebssteuerungen (12, 13) Schaltsignale (S) gleicher Dauer vorgebbar sind, und dass eine der Antriebssteuerungen (12, 13) eine derartig das Drehzahl-Zeitverhalten betreffende Parametrierung aufweist, so dass während eines Schaltsignales (S) von der von dem zugehörigen Antrieb (7, 11) getriebenen Last (6, 3) die gleiche Hubbewegung hervorrufbar ist wie von der Last des zweiten Antriebes (7, 11). - Hubantrieb nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass durch die Steuerung (14) während des synchronen Verfahrens der Stapeltragplatte (6) und der Hilfsstapeltragvorrichtung (3) entsprechend den Signalen der Stapelhöhenabtastung (15) gleichlange Einschaltsignale (S) zueinander zeitversetzt generierbar sind. - Hubvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass durch die Steuerung (14) zum Verfahren der Stapeltragplatte (6) des Anlegers (2) und der Hilfsstapeltragvorrichtung (3) in einer asynchronen Betriebsart den Antriebssteuerungen (12, 13) unterschiedliche Schaltsignale (S) zuführbar sind. - Hubvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüchen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Antriebssteuerung (13) der Hilfsstapeltragvorrichtung (3) die das Drehzahl-Zeitverhalten des Antriebes (11) betreffende Parametrierung aufweist.
