Description
Gemäß einem weiteren Merkmal der Erfindung weist hierzu das Kragstück in seinem hinteren Endteil eine Langöffnung auf, in der eine mit dem darunterliegenden Pelottenlappen verbundene Klemmschraube geführt ist.
Claims (9)
- Orthopädische Einlage bestehend aus der Kombination einer Grundplatte (2) und einer Fußformplatte (1), wobei die Fußformplatte (1) gegenüber der Grundplatte (2) höhenverstellbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fußformplatte (1) von ihren Rändern (7, 8, 9, 10) ausgehende, Lappen (12, 13) bildende, Einschnitte (6, 11) aufweist und zur Höhenverstellung mehrere, jeweils an einem einzelnen Lappen (12, 13) angreifende Verstellvorrichtungen (14) vorgesehen sind.
- Einlage nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fußformplatte (1) eine Pelotte (5) aufweist, in derem Bereich vom vorderen Rand (10) der Fußformplatte (1) ausgehende Einschnitte (11) unter Bildung von vorzugsweise dem zweiten, dritten und vierten Strahl entsprechende Lappen (13) vorgesehen sind.
- Einlage nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jedem Lappen (12, 13) eine Verstellvorrichtung (14) zugeordnet ist.
- Einlage nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verstellvorrichtungen (14) in an sich bekannter Weise jeweils aus einer auf der Grundplatte (2) fest angeordneten, in Richtung der Fußformplatte (1) weisenden Gewindehülse (15) und einer darin bewegbaren Schraube (17) gebildet ist, wobei jedoch die Gewindehülse (15) um ein oder in einem Loch (16) in der Grundplatte (2) angeordnet und die Schraube von der Grundplattenseite her verstellbar ist.
- Einlage nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verstellvorrichtungen (14) jeweils aus einem auf der Grundplatte (2) und/oder den Lappen (12, 13) der Fußformplatte (1) befestigbaren Einschubkeil gebildet sind.
- Einlage nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die vom medialen Rand (7) ausgehenden Einschnitte (6) länger sind als die gegenüberliegenden vom lateralen Rand (8) ausgehenden Einschnitte (6) und vorzugsweise bis über die Hälfte zur Längsmittellinie (3) der Einlage hineinreichen.
- Einlage nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf den Pelottenlappen (13) jeweils ein Kragstück (18) verschieblich angeordnet ist.
- Einlage nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Kragstück (18) in seinem hinteren Endteil (19) eine Langöffnung (20) aufweist, in der eine mit dem darunterliegenden Pelottenlappen (13) verbundene Klemmschraube (21) geführt ist.
- Einlage nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fußformplatte (1) mit der Grundplatte (2) im Bereich der Längsmittellinie (3) der Einlage, vorzugsweise durch Nieten (4), oder durch Verschweißung, Verklebung oder lösbar mittels Schrauben, verbunden ist.
