Abstract
Description
Auch ist eine mehrteilige Ausgestaltung, wie sie der Stand der Technik lehrt, dann nachteilig, wenn das eine Teil verloren geht oder etwa bei der Montage herunterfällt. Diese Gefahr steigt, je kleiner die Haken in ihrer Abmessung werden.
An der Basisplatte sind zumindest vier Ausweitungen angeformt sind, die sich jeweils paarweise gegenüberliegen und die die Basisplatte seitlich überragen.
In dem Hakenkörper sind Führungen ausgebildet, in denen die Ausweitungen der Basisplatte so geführt werden, daß sich der Hakenkörper durch eine Bewegung parallel zur Basisplatte aus der Grundstellung, in der Hakenkörper auf der Basisplatte verankert ist und dabei Basisplatte und Anfasser des Klebstreifens verdeckt, löst und sich dabei zumindest auf der einen Seite von dem Untergrund abhebt, so daß ein Zugriff auf den Anfasser möglich ist.
Weiterhin ist ein Materialmix bei Hakenkörper und Basisplatte möglich, d.h., je nach Anwendungsfall ist eine optimale Auswahl der Materialien möglich.
Der Hakenkörper wird dazu um einige Zentimeter in einer Bewegung parallel zur Basisplatte verschoben. Bedingt durch die an der Basisplatte angebrachten Ausweitungen, die in entsprechend geformten Führungen des Hakenkörpers gleiten, wird während des Bewegungsvorganges der Hakenkörper zumindest auf der einen Seite vom Untergrund weggeführt, so daß ein der Anfasser des Klebstreifens frei zugänglich liegt. Die Führungen im Hakenkörper sind weiterhin so ausgeführt, daß ein Verkanten der Oberkante mit dem Untergrund nicht auftritt.
Bei der bevorzugten Ausführungsform der Basisplatte mit Ausweitungen, die alle in gleicher Höhe angeordnet sind, ist obiges Problem konstruktionsbedingt von vornherein ausgeschlossen.

Die Führungen 14, 15 grenzen an die Umrandung 112 an. Weiterhin schließen die Führungen 14, 15 mit der Umrandung 112 ab, d.h., die Führungen 14, 15 ragen nicht über die Außenkante der Umrandung 112 hinaus. Die Führung 14 beginnt am oberen Bereich der Platte 111, ist dann so geformt, daß zwischen Führung 14 und Platte 111 ein Zwischenraum gebildet ist, der zur Aufnahme der Ausweitung 21 an der Basisplatte 2 dient. In dem dritten Bereich der Führung 14 ist der Zwischenraum zwischen der Führung 14 und der Platte 111 vergrößert. Schließlich erstreckt sich die Führung 14 bis in den Bereich der Platte 111, in dem die Führung 15 unter der Platte 111 anfängt. Die Führung 15 beginnt am unteren Bereich der Platte 111 und verläuft direkt unter der Platte 111. Die Höhe nimmt dabei zunächst kontinuierlich ab, die Führung 15 läuft anschließend in ein Abschnitt mit konstanter Höhe. Die Führung 15 erstreckt sich dabei soweit, daß sich die Führungen 14, 15 etwas überschneiden.
Auf der Hakenwand 11, und zwar der Umrandung 112 gegenüber, ist ein Haken 12 angeformt, der zur Aufnahme von beliebigen Gegenständen dient, beispielsweise Kleidungsstücken, Handtüchern etc.
Beim weiteren Verschieben des Hakens 1 hebt sich der Hakenkörper 1, bedingt durch die Gestaltung der Führung 15, im unteren Bereich vom Untergrund ab, wie es durch den Pfeil B angedeutet ist.
Wird der Hakenkörper 1 noch weiter nach oben verschoben, so wird der Anfasser des Klebstreifens 3 frei zugänglich und kann durch Ziehen in Richtung der Verklebungseben vom Untergrund abgelöst werden, weil die Zugkräfte zu einer Reduzierung der Klebkräfte führen. Gleichzeitig wird der Klebstreifen 3 aber auch von der Basisplatte 2 abgelöst, so daß die Haltevorrichtung ebenfalls vom Untergrund entfernt ist und wieder verklebt werden kann.
In Figur 3d ist gezeigt, daß sich die Führungen 14, 15 derartig überschneiden, daß der Hakenkörper 1 nicht von der Basisplatte 2 entfernt werden kann, beide Teile stellen einen untrennbaren Verbund dar, ein Verlust eines der beiden Teile ist nicht möglich.
Unterhalb der Platte 111 sind insgesamt vier Führungen (jeweils zwei gleiche) vorhanden, mittels derer die Basisplatte 2 in dem Hakenkörper geführt wird und von denen zwei Führungen 14, 15 dargestellt sind.
Die Führungen 14, 15 grenzen an die Umrandung 112 an. Die Führung 14 verläuft dabei direkt unterhalb der Platte 111 und erstreckt sich über die gesamte Länge der Platte 111. Die Führung 15 erstreckt sich ebenfalls über die gesamte Länge der Platte 111, beginnt und endet aber jeweils an der Außenkante der Umrandung 112. Zwischen den beiden Führungen 14, 15 entsteht somit ein Zwischenraum, in dem die Ausweitungen 21, 23 der Basisplatte 2 geführt werden.
Auf der Hakenwand 11, und zwar der Umrandung 112 gegenüber, ist wiederum ein Haken 12 angeformt, der zur Aufnahme von beliebigen Gegenständen dient, beispielsweise Kleidungsstücken, Handtüchern etc.
Claims (6)
- Haltevorrichtung, bestehend aus einem einteiligen Hakenkörper und einer einteiligen Basisplatte, wobei die Basisplatte für die Verklebung mit einem auf Zug entklebenden Klebstreifen so ausgebildet ist, daß ein Anfasser des Klebstreifens die Basisplatte überragt, wobei der Hakenkörper so ausgebildet ist, daß er die Basisplatte und auch den diese überragenden Anfasser verdeckt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßa) an der Basisplatte zumindest vier Ausweitungen angeformt sind, dieb) sich jeweils paarweise gegenüberliegen und diec) die Basisplatte seitlich überragen, und daß
in dem Hakenkörper Führungen ausgebildet sind, in denen die Ausweitungen der Basisplatte so geführt werden, daßa) sich der Hakenkörper durch eine Bewegung parallel zur Basisplatte aus der Grundstellung, in der Hakenkörper auf der Basisplatte verankert ist und dabei Basisplatte und Anfasser des Klebstreifens verdeckt, löst und sich dabei zumindest auf der einen Seite von dem Untergrund abhebt, so daßb) ein Zugriff auf den Anfasser möglich ist,c) der Hakenkörper und die Basisplatte unlösbar miteinander verbunden sind. - Haltevorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß

der Hakenkörper eine Umrandung aufweist, die die Basisplatte und den hinter diese zu klebenden Klebstreifen seitlich umfassen und optisch abdecken. - Haltevorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Haltevorrichtung einen hinter die Basisplatte geklebten Klebstreifen aufweist.
