Description

    BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
  • 1) Field of the Invention
  • This invention relates to a sticker type wall surface holder, and more particularly to a sticker type wall surface holder that provides strong holding force, firm and durable features.
  • 2) Description of the Related Art
  • At present, the prior art sticker type wall surface sticker (disclosed in R.O.C. Pat. Publication No. 190267) as shown in FIG. 5 comprises a sticker A, a base B and a holder C. The holder C and base B are made by a plastic material and integrally connected with each other, and the back of the base is fused integrally with the sticker A. The prototypes of such prior art sticker type wall surface holder is theoretically flawless, but the general applications of the mass-produced products have the following shortcomings:
  • 1. The sticker A is too thin, which has a thickness of only 0.1 mm, and thus the sticker A is easy to break or form a hole during its production and manufacturing. The hole cannot be detected easily and thus the defective product will be produced. Such defective product cannot be attached onto a wall for its practical use.
  • 2. Since the thickness of the sticker A is too thin, therefore the supporting force is limited, and the holder may be cracked or damaged when a heavy object is hanged or the holder is pulled. The holder is not durable at all.
  • 3. The base B of the holder C is integrated with the sticker A. Since the thickness of the sticker A is very different from the thickness of the base B, therefore the fusion by ultrasonic wave and high-frequency wave machinery will have a poor function or cause a crack. The defective rate of this holder is very high.
  • 4. Since the sticker A is very thin and the sticker A will be curled, deformed, or folded easily during the packaging, transportation, carrying or use of the finished goods. As a result, the holder cannot be securely attached onto a wall due to an air leak.
  • SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
  • To overcome the existing shortcomings of the prior art sticker type wall surface holders and make their application more convenient and practical, the inventor of the present invention based on years of experience on related area and aimed at the foregoing shortcomings to conduct extensive researches and developments to maximize the practicability of the present invention, and finally invented an improved sticker type wall surface holder in accordance with the present invention.
  • The primary objective of this invention is to provide an improved sticker type wall surface holder comprises a film, a first base, a second base and a holder, wherein the membrane has a thick convex platform at the middle and a static charge film disposed around the periphery of the membrane and having a thickness of approximately two to three pieces of paper; the first base is a rectangular base having a guide track separately on both sides and disposed directly on and integrated with the convex platform at the middle; the second base is a rectangular base corresponding to the first base and having an embedded groove disposed on both sides of the second base and corresponding to the guide track to be embedded or inserted into the first base; and the holder is a hook, a hanging rod, or a rack disposed directly on the second base and integrated with the base, so that the second base is embedded or inserted into the first base to integrally combine the first and second bases, and the membrane at the lower side of the first base is attached onto a smooth and clean wall for fixing a holder onto the wall.
  • BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
  • FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the present invention;
  • FIG. 2 is an exploded view of the present invention;
  • FIG. 3 is a schematic longitudinal cross-sectional enlarged view of the holder being installed onto a wall according to the present invention;
  • FIG. 4 is a transversal cross-sectional enlarge view of the present invention; and
  • FIG. 5 is a perspective view of a prior art sticker type wall surface holder as disclosed in R.O.C. Pat. Publication No. 190237.
  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
  • Referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, an improved sticker type wall surface holder of the present invention comprises a membrane 1, a first base 2, a second base 3, and a holder 4.
  • Referring to FIGS. 1 to 4, the membrane 1 includes a thick convex platform 11 disposed at the middle of the membrane 1, a static charge film 10 disposed around the periphery of the membrane 1 and having a thickness of approximately two to three pieces of paper. The first base 2 is a rectangular base 20 (as shown in FIG. 4) having a guide track 21 separately on both sides and disposed directly on the convex platform 11 at the middle of the membrane 1 and integrated with the convex platform 11 by molding a poly vinylidenechloride (PVDC) or an equivalent raw material. The second base 3 is a rectangular base 30 corresponding to the first base 2 and having an embedded groove 32 disposed separately on both sides of the second base 3 and corresponding to the guide track 31 to be embedded or inserted into the first base 2 (as shown in FIG. 4). The holder 4 as shown in FIGS. 1 to 3 is a hook for hanging hats or clothes, a hanging rod for hanging towels or clothes, a box for containing soaps, or a rack for containing related objects, which is disposed directly on the base 30 of the second base 3 and integrated with the base 30 by molding a poly vinylidenechloride (PVDC) or an equivalent raw material.
  • FIGS. 1 and 3 show an improved sticker type wall surface holder of the present invention when the production of the holder is just completed and the holder is about to be installed. The base 30 of the second base 3 is embedded or inserted into the base 20 of the first base 2 to integrally combine the first and second bases 2, 3, and the membrane 1 at the lower side of the first base 2 is attached onto a smooth and clean tiles of a wall 5 (as shown in FIG. 3) for fixing a holder 4 onto the wall 5 for hanging clothes and hats, or installing a soap box or a hanging rod.
  • Since the improved sticker type wall surface sticker of the present invention is installed as shown in FIG. 3 and the second base 3 together with the holder 4 must be securely embedded or inserted into the first base 2 on the membrane 1 that is attached on the wall 5, the holder 4 will not slid or shifted downward. Therefore, the upper edge of the base 30 of the second base 3 must have a flange 3 for coupling with the upper edge of the base 20 of the first base 2, so as to integrally combine the second base 3 with the first base 1.
