Abstract

A container can be easily manufactured because the container can be manufactured by die-forming a resin sheet. The container widens toward an outer circumferential side from side parts differing from a long side part on which a hinge part is formed, and is furnished with joining parts having mating surfaces that join with one another, and bent parts at outer circumferential edges of the joining parts, the bent parts being bent between container body parts in a direction in which the two separate from one another. Consequently, the container can maintain a freestanding form on an installation surface using the bent parts which spread so as to mutually separate, as legs. The above facilitates production and makes it possible for the container to stand in a stable state.

Description

The container disclosed in Japanese Unexamined Patent Application Publication No. Publication No. No. 2003-265401 is known, for example, as a container for an adhesive cleaning tool and the like. Containers such as these are formed by injection molding a cover type member that is molded as an adhesive portion of the adhesive cleaning tool. The injection molded container can be easily molded in a highly durable form for self-sustaining storage.

One problem with the containers described above is that such containers are costly and cumbersome to produce because such containers are formed by injection molding. Therefore, there is a need for a stable, self-standing container that can be easily manufactured.

A container according to an embodiment of the present invention is a container formed from a resin sheet mold. The container is provided with: a container part formed by stacking a plurality of side parts of a first container body part and a second container body part facing each other; a hinge part at the plurality of side parts Linking the first container body member and the second container body member together at one of the first side members; the joining member, and the like, in the first container body member and the second container body member, the joining members At least from a second side member to an outer peripheral side and having a mating surface joined to each other, the second side member being different from the first side member; and a curved member, such as the outer circumference of the engaging members At the edge, the curved members are bent in a space between the first container body member and the second container body member in a direction in which the two are separated from each other.

This embodiment facilitates production because it makes it possible to form a container by molding a resin sheet by a mold. Further, a container is widened from a second side member to the outer peripheral side and is provided with a joint member and a curved member, the second side member being different from a first side member on which a hinge member is formed, the joint members having each other a mating surface of the joint, the curved members being at outer peripheral edges of the joining members, the curved members being in the space between the first container body member and the second container body member The ones are bent apart in one direction. Thus, the curved members that are separated and separated from one another can be used as legs to maintain the container in a self-standing form on a mounting surface. The above contributes to the production of the container and makes it possible for the container to stand upright alone in a stable state.

In one embodiment, the curved members are formed along the second side member and a third side member, the third side member being adjacent to the second side member in the circumferential direction, wherein the second side member is formed along the second side member The curved member and the curved member formed along the third side member may be connected to each other in the circumferential direction.

In an embodiment, a protruding edge member protrudes in a peripheral direction on a front edge formed on the curved members.

In an embodiment, the dimension between the front edge of the curved member on the first container body member and the front edge of the curved member on the second container body member may be less than or equal to The thickness of the container member in a direction in which the first container body member and the second container body member face each other.

In an embodiment, the dimension between the front edge of the curved member on the first container body member and the front edge of the curved member on the second container body member may be greater than The thickness of the container member in the direction in which the container body member and the second container body member face each other.

150%。 In an embodiment, the dimension between the front edge of the curved member on the first container body member and the front edge of the curved member on the second container body member may be greater than A container body member and the second container body member face each other in a direction from 5% to 150% of the thickness of the container member.

In one embodiment, an object to be contained in the container can be an adhesive cleaning tool.

In an embodiment, the inner surface of the first container body member and the inner surface of the second container body member may be provided with a convex member.

In an embodiment, the inner surface of the first container body member and the inner surface of the second container body member may be coated with an excipient.

The present invention facilitates the production of a container and makes it possible for the container to stand up in a steady state.

11a。 The container body members 10A, 10B are provided with a circumferential wall member 11 which encloses a peripheral surface of a tape T from an outer peripheral side, and the tape T is wound around one of the inner cylindrical members 100a of the contained object 100 contained therein ( Or winding the outer peripheral surface of the inner cylinder member 100a). The circumferential wall member 11 is provided with a convex member 11b that protrudes from the inner surface 11a toward the inner peripheral side (see FIGS. 4 and 6(b) for details). The convex member 11b prevents the tape T and the inner surface 11a of the circumferential wall member 11 from sticking together in a wide range by partially contacting the outer peripheral surface of the tape T on the contained object 100. In the present embodiment, the male member 11b is formed by a pair of ribs extending in the Z-axis direction with respect to the circumferential wall member 11 of the container body members 10A, 10B. The position and amount of the convex member 11b are not limited, and may be formed, for example, three at 120 degrees, four at every 90 degrees, five at every 72 degrees, or six at every 60 degrees, or More can be formed. It is also possible to form a plurality of convex members irregularly. The form of the convex member 11b is also not particularly limited, and a rib extending in the Z-axis direction is not required. For example, the convex member 11b may exist at a plurality of points across the inner surface 11a, and the convex member 11b may be formed by embossing to achieve a design configuration established on the circumferential wall member 11. Alternatively, the tape T may not be adhered to the inner surface 11a not only by a manufacturing method such as embossing, sand blasting, chemical etching, photo etching, and laser etching, but also by applying polyoxygen, fluorine, and The acrylic release agent and the like prevent the tape T from adhering to the inner surface 11a.

The container body members 10A, 10B are provided with end wall members 12 on the side of the short side members 10c, and the short side members 10c are formed on the negative side in the Z-axis direction. In the present embodiment, the end portion of the inner cylinder member 100a protrudes toward the negative side in the Z-axis direction beyond the end portion of the tape T. Therefore, a step member is formed by the end wall member 12 such that the region near the center protrudes toward the negative side in the Z-axis direction.

100b。 The container body members 10A, 10B are provided with end wall members 13 on the side of the short side members 10d, and the short side members 10d are formed on the positive side in the Z-axis direction. Further, the opposing members 5A, 5B, the members 6a of the curved members 6A, 6B, the members 7a of the protruding edge members 7A, 7B (all formed along the long side members 10a), the members 4c of the joining members 4A, 4B, the curved members 6A, The member 6c of 6B and the member 7c of the projecting edge members 7A, 7B (all formed along the short side member 10c) are connected to each other in the circumferential direction. The opposing members 5A, 5B, the members 6a of the curved members 6A, 6B, the members 7a of the protruding edge members 7A, 7B (all formed along the long side members 10a), the members 4d of the joining members 4A, 4B, and the curved members 6A, 6B The member 6d and the members 7d of the protruding edge members 7A, 7B (all formed along the short side member 10d) are connected to each other in the circumferential direction Pick up. More specifically, the edge member connected to the positive side of the opposing members 5A, 5B and the members 6b and 7b in the Z-axis direction and the edge member on the negative side of the members 4d, 6d, and 7d in the X-axis direction. Further, an edge member that is connected to the negative side in the Z-axis direction of the opposing members 5A, 5B and the members 6b and 7b and an edge member on the negative side in the X-axis direction of the members 4c, 6c, and 7c are attached.

23。 The hinge member 3 is a member that connects the container body members 10A, 10B to each other at the side member 10a on the negative side in the X-axis direction of the container body members 10A, 10B. In the present embodiment, the hinge member 3 is provided with a circumferential wall member 20, opposing members 21A, 21B, a curved member 22, and a protruding edge member 23.

The circumferential wall member 20 is a member that encloses the outer peripheral surface of the tape T on the contained object 100 between the long side member 10a of the first container body member 10A and the long side member 10a of the second container body member 10B (specific Please refer to Figure 4 and Figure 6(b)). The circumferential wall member 20 also extends in the Z-axis direction. The opposing members 21A, 21B are connected to the negative side and the positive side of the circumferential wall member 20 in the Y-axis direction, and are flat members facing the opposing members 5A, 5B of the container body members 10A, 10B, respectively. The curved member 22 is a flat member that is bent from the edge member of the opposing members 5A and 5B toward the negative side in the X-axis direction (see FIG. 4 for details). The protruding edge member 23 is widened from the edge on the negative side in the X-axis direction of the curved member 22 toward the flat member on the outer peripheral side. The protruding edge member 23 includes a member that extends in the Z-axis direction on the negative side and the positive side in the Y-axis direction, and a member that extends in the Y-axis direction on the negative side and the positive side in the Z-axis direction.

7a。 The hinge member 3 is connected via a crease to the negative side of the projecting edge member 7A at the member of the projecting edge member 23 disposed on the negative side in the Y-axis direction on the negative side in the X-axis direction A part 7a. A member 7a on the negative side in the X-axis direction of the projecting edge member 7B at the member of the projecting edge member 23 provided on the positive side of the Y-axis direction is also connected via a crease.

As shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, the first container body member 10A, the hinge member 3, and the second container are in an open state (the state immediately after the molded container 1) before accommodating the contained object 100. The body member 10B is arranged in a side by side state. Further, the hinge member 3 is coupled to the first container body member 10A via a crease BL1, and is coupled to the second container body 10B via a crease BL2. The joining members of the container body members 10A, 10B are provided by placing the contained objects 100 in the openings of any of the container body members 10A, 10B of the container 10 in this condition, and then folding over the creases BL1, BL2 4A, 4B are joined to each other. Thus, the contained object 100 can be contained in the container 1, as shown in FIG.

6A、6B。 Next, the dimensional relationship of the container 1 will be described with reference to FIG. As shown in Fig. 6(a), in a direction in which the first container body member 10A and the second container body member 10B face each other (i.e., the Y-axis direction), the curved member 6A of the first container body member 10A is interposed. The dimension L1 between the front edge and the front edge of the curved member 6B of the second container body member 10B may be less than or equal to the thickness L2 of the container member 2. This configuration makes it possible to make the overall thickness of the container 1 small so that the curved members 6A, 6B do not protrude from the container member 2. In this case, when the container 1 is aligned on a shelf or the like in a retail store or the like, the curved members 6A, 6B of one container 1 can be prevented from interfering with the curved members 6A, 6B of the other container 1.

The dimension L1 between the front edge of the curved member 6A and the front edge of the curved member 6B may also be greater than the thickness L2 of the container member 2. In this case, when the container 1 is stood on the side of the short side member 10c of the container 1 placed on the mounting surface (the condition shown in Fig. 1), the stability can be improved because the container 1 is used by The wide curved members 6A, 6B are supported. Specifically, the dimension L1 between the front edge of the curved member 6A and the front edge of the curved member 6B may be 5% to 150% of the thickness L2 of the container member 2. The size L1 of 5% or more of the thickness L2 makes it impossible for the container 1 to easily fall over when the container 1 is stood on the side of the short side member 10c of the container 1 placed on a mounting surface. Further, the minimum percentage of the dimension L may also be set to 36% or 50% of the thickness L2 of the container part 2. This can further prevent the container 1 from falling over. Setting the size L1 to 150% or less of the thickness L2 allows the container 1 to take up too much space. For example, the amount of the container 1 that can be displayed when the container 1 is aligned on the rack is not reduced too much, and the feeling of use is not impaired when the container 1 is used at home. In addition, if the percentage of the dimension L1 with respect to the thickness L2 is too large, when the single sheet is stretched by the mold, the curved members 6A, 6B (and the protruding edge members 7A, 7B) will become too thin to lower their strength. By keeping the dimension L1 at 150% or less of the thickness L2, the curved members 6A, 6B (and the protruding edge members 7A, 7B) can be made not too thin, and the container 1 can be prevented from falling over. Further, the maximum percentage of the dimension L1 with respect to the thickness L2 of the container member 2 can also be set to 120% or 100%. In this way, the amount of the container 1 to be displayed can be prevented from being reduced too much, and the container 1 can be more reliably prevented from tipping over.

The relationship between the dimension L1 of the curved members 6A, 6B on the side of the short side member 10d and the long side member 10b and the thickness L2 of the container member 2 is similar to the short side portion. On the side of the piece 10c. Further, in the present embodiment, the size L1 of the curved members 6A, 6B is set to an equal value at any of the side members 10a to 10d depending on the structural relationship of the mold. However, the size L1 of the curved members 6A, 6B may be different for each of the side members 10a, 10d.

The size of the joint members 4A, 4B widened toward the outer peripheral side on the side of each of the side members 10a to 10d is not particularly limited, and may be set to be maintained in the moldable range as needed and the container 1 is not attributed to Too big to fall within the range. The size at which the protruding edge members 7A, 7B are widened toward the outer peripheral side on the side of each of the side members 10a to 10d is not particularly limited, and may be set to be maintained in the moldable range and the container 1 is not attributed as needed. In the range of too big and overturned.

Next, the action and effect of the container according to the present embodiment will be described.

The container 1 according to the present embodiment contributes to production because it is possible to manufacture a container 1 by molding a resin sheet by a mold. For example, the production cost can be greatly reduced and the weight can be reduced as compared with the injection molded container.

Further, the container 1 is widened toward the outer peripheral side from the side members 10b to 10d and is provided with the joint members 4A, 4B and the curved members 6A, 6B which are different from the long side members 10a on which the hinge members 3 are formed, and joined The members 4A, 4B are provided with a fitting surface 16 joined to each other, the curved members 6A, 6B being at the outer peripheral edge of the joint members 4A, 4B, and the curved members 6A, 6B being in the space between the container body members 10A, 10B The ones are bent in the direction of separation. Therefore, the curved members 6A, 6B which are separated and separated from each other can be used as the legs, so that the container 1 maintains a self-standing shape on a mounting surface. formula. The above contributes to the production of the container and makes it possible for the container 1 to stand upright in a stable state.

For example, as shown in Fig. 6(a), the curved members 6A, 6B on the side of the short side member 10c can be used as the legs to maintain the container 1 in an erect state on a mounting surface G. In this case, the front edge of the protruding edge member 7A, 7B becomes a contact point adjoining the mounting surface G. In this state, the container 1 can stand independently in a state in which the handle 100b of the contained object is extended upward. Therefore, the user can easily grasp the handle 100b when in use. Further, as shown in Fig. 6(b), the bending members 6A, 6B on the side of the long side member 10b are used as the legs, and the container 1 can maintain an erect state on a mounting surface G. Further, in the present embodiment, the hinge member 3 on the side of the long side member 10a is used as a leg, and the container 1 can stand upright on a mounting surface G.

In the container 1 according to the present embodiment, the curved members 6A, 6B are formed along the various side members 10b to 10d adjacent to each other in the circumferential direction, and the curved members 6A, 6B formed along each of the side members 10b to 10d are They are connected to each other in the circumferential direction. Therefore, when the curved members 6A, 6B on either of the side members are used as the legs, the curved members 6A, 6B adjacent to the side members of the side members serve as reinforcing members for reinforcing the legs.

In the container 1 of the present invention, the projecting edge members 7A, 7B projecting toward the outer peripheral side are formed at the front edge side of the curved members 6A, 6B. Therefore, the protruding edge members 7A, 7B can be used as contact points adjacent to the mounting surface G.

The invention is not limited to the embodiments described above.

For example, in the embodiment described above, the curved members 6A, 6B are formed at least in the vicinity of either the short side member 10c and the long side member 10b, and may be from other The side members omits the curved members 6A, 6B. For example, in the container 1 of the embodiment described above, the joint members 4A, 4B, the curved members 6A, 6B, and the protruding edge members 7A, 7B may be omitted from the short side members 10c on the negative side in the Z-axis direction. The container 1 can stand upright on the short side member 10c, wherein the bottom surface of the end wall member 12 of the container member 2 contacts the mounting surface G. Alternatively, the most edge surface of the end wall member 12 can also be cut. Note that in this case, the curved members 6A, 6B on the other side members are used as the legs.

7A、7B。 In addition, the curved members 6A, 6B and the protruding edge members 7A, 7B need not extend over all of the side members, and may be formed on only some of the side members. For example, at the corners between the various side members, the curved members 6A, 6B and the protruding edge members 7A, 7B can be cut so that they are not continuous with each other in the circumferential direction. Alternatively, the curved members 6A, 6B and the protruding edge members 7A, 7B may be formed only at one of the edge members of each of the side members. For example, the joint members 4A, 4B, the curved members 6A, 6B, and the protruding edge members 7A, 7B may be formed only at portions of both edges of the short side member 10c in the X direction.

Further, an opening may be formed not only on the side of the short side member 10d but also on the side of the short side member 10c. In the case where the handle 100b is pulled out on the side of the short side member 10c, the container 1 may also stand upright on the mounting surface G and use the curved members 6A, 6B on the side of the short side 10d as the legs.

In addition, the hinge member need not be formed on the side of the long side member 10a, and may be formed on the other side member. For example, as shown in Fig. 9, a hinge member 53 may be formed on the side member on the negative side in the Z-axis direction (in the above embodiment, in the region corresponding to the short side member 10c). In this case, during shipment or when marketing is displayed, A seal 54 or the like closes the opening on the positive side in the Z-axis direction as shown in Figure 9(b).

Further, a hinge member may be formed on the side of the short side member, wherein an opening is formed for pulling out the handle of the contained object 100. For example, as shown in Fig. 10, a hinge member 63 may be formed on the side at the positive side in the Z-axis direction (in the above embodiment, in the region corresponding to the short side member 10d). In this case, the hinge member 63 can be left in place during the shipping or when the display is being marketed (as shown in Figure 10(b)) and removed during use in the home (as in Figure 10(a)). Shown).

Further, the hinge member may not necessarily have a structure in which the first container body member and the second container body member are mated (i.e., have two creases), as in the embodiments described above. For example, the first container body member and the second container body member may be joined by a single crease, or the hinge member may further have a structure in which one or more creases are formed.

In the embodiments described above, the protruding edge members are formed and the leading edge of the protruding edge members serves as a contact point for adjoining the mounting surface. However, it is also possible to omit these protruding edge members. In this case, the surface on the outer peripheral side of the curved member becomes a contact point adjacent to the mounting surface.
