Description
Claims (14)
- Pack d'objets, tels que boítes de conserve, bidons, bouteilles, etc., emballés avec un film (3) en matière plastique présentant une direction préférentielle de déchirement (D), plusieurs objets (2) étant disposés côte à côte en une ou plusieurs nappes superposées, le film étant replié suivant une direction d'enroulement autour des objets qu'il enserre, des moyens d'ouverture étant prévus sur le film pour faciliter son déchirement, caractérisé par le fait que les moyens d'ouverture du film (3) en matière plastique comprennent une zone continue d'affaiblissement (A) orientée transversalement à la direction préférentielle de déchirement (D), et formant une ceinture (6) qui entoure le pack, cette zone d'affaiblissement (A) ayant une résistance mécanique suffisamment forte pour supporter les efforts de traction exercés sur le film pour enserrer les objets, mais suffisamment faible pour permettre une ouverture du film sans outil en un point quelconque de la zone, par amorçage d'une languette et traction sur la languette suivant une direction transversale à la direction de la zone d'affaiblissement.
- Pack d'objets selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que la zone continue d'affaiblissement (A) est perpendiculaire à la direction préférentielle de déchirement (D).
- Pack d'objets selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé par le fait que la zone continue d'affaiblissement (A) comprend au moins une ligne (7) de perforations (8).
- Pack d'objets selon l'une des revendications précédentes , caractérisé par le fait que la zone continue d'affaiblissement (A) comprend une ligne centrale (7) de perforations entourée de deux lignes parallèles (9,10) de perforations, écartées de la ligne centrale, et dans lesquelles la distance (f) entre deux perforations successives est supérieure à la distance (g) entre deux perforations successives (8) de la ligne centrale.
- Pack d'objets selon la revendication 4, caractérisé par le fait que la distance (f) entre deux perforations successives (11a;11b) des lignes extérieures (9,10) est égale au double de la distance (g) entre deux perforations de la ligne centrale.
- Pack d'objets selon la revendication 5, caractérisé par le fait que les perforations (11a,11b) des deux lignes extérieures (9,10) sont alignées avec une perforation (8) de la ligne centrale suivant une direction orthogonale à la ligne centrale.
- Pack d'objets selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que le film d'emballage (3) en matière plastique est un film bicouche dont la direction de déchirement préférentielle (D) est perpendiculaire à la direction d'extrusion (E).
- Pack d'objets selon la revendication 7, caractérisé par le fait que le film (3) est un film polyéthylène coextrudé ionomère, en particulier constitué d'au moins une couche de polyoléfine et au moins une couche d'un copolymère ionique.
- Pack d'objets selon l'une des revendications 4 à 6, caractérisé par le fait que les lignes de perforations sont distantes de 5 à 30 mm, sur une largeur de 30 à 100 mm.
- Pack d'objets selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que la zone d'affaiblissement (A) du film recouvre une succession d'espaces vides (13) entre les objets (2).
- Pack d'objets selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que la zone d'affaiblissement (A) du film est prévue à mi-largeur du film (3).
- Film en matière plastique pour le fardelage d'objets d'un pack selon l'une des revendications précédentes, présentant une direction préférentielle de déchirement(D), caractérisé par le fait qu'il présente une zone continue d'affaiblissement (A) orientée transversalement, en particulier perpendiculairement, à la direction préférentielle de déchirement (D), permettant le déchirement par amorçage d'une languette et traction sur la languette suivant une direction transversale à la direction de la zone d'affaiblissement.
- Film en matière plastique selon la revendication 12, caractérisé par le fait que la zone continue d'affaiblissement (A) comprend au moins une ligne (7) de perforations espacées régulièrement, et en particulier trois lignes de perforations (7,9,10), à savoir une ligne centrale (7) où les perforations (8) sont moins écartées que dans deux lignes extérieures (9,10) parallèles à la ligne centrale et situées de part et d'autre.
- Procédé de préparation d'un film en matière plastique selon la revendication 13, caractérisé par le fait qu'on réalise les perforations (8,11a,11b) lors du déroulement ou de l'enroulement du film (3) avant l'emballage, suivant toute sa longueur, en particulier à l'extrusion, au rebobinage, à l'impression ou sur la fardeleuse.
